I had the same problem at my house. Its like a war you can't win. My poor dog no matter how much i clean him he will be infested the very next day as if he never was cleaned. I fumigated my house often but it wouldn't kill them. The ticks would literally swim on the poison and just crawl out like nothing. I would call them the pest from hell!
