  • No shirt, Now black shirt, NO wait! Now its a red shirt! Oh, nevermind, shirtless aaaggaiin...

  • @Akujin22 yea haha this is not a one day thing... lies!

  • @gimlee44222 ur right, he prob does a lot more than this in one day. JUST so u know. ;)

  • @JusPenner69 I promise you he doesn't, JUST so you know. He does WOD a day and maybe a little more training, Like i do, but not more than that.

  • @gimlee44222 and what do u mean by "WOD"?

  • @JusPenner69 the workout of the day on the main crossfit website

  • @gimlee44222 obviously u can use dif recording sessions to combine a video.

  • @JusPenner69 yes I'm not an idiot, point is it says EXTREME TRAINING SESSION, not multiple put into 1 video.

  • I really like the workout, but why this tatoo on the back?! Really how you did that to yourself...

  • I don't even have enough testosterone to watch this shit.

  • You guys who look at this video and have an sexual reaction to it (i.e.) calling this guy a "faggot' or "gay, should really think about it for a bit. Why is your reaction about his sexuality? When the video is clearly about the intensity of training as a crossfitter? This is a promo. Yes the guy is hot, that's what advertisement is about selling sex! However, guys, don't fight the feeling you have with homophobia...go with the flow. :-)

  • when is crossfit not extreme?

  • @amusa07 never

  • I could just see me doing that after 5 major back surgeries, age 49 - haha! NOT!!

  • for more ABS EXCERSISES SEARCH ((thalifechanga abs)))

  • ronnie rules

  • luv crossfit, but video is kinda gay. should have included a few girls.

  • totally agree dude, liked the vid but the dudes face dis put me off abit, def cud use some girls!

  • @ces69jen It's not a video about girls working out. It's a video of this guy working out. If you want girls, there are plenty around youtube.

  • @ces69jen why don't you just watch porn. I'm gay, I don't a crabs ass if there are women in videos or not. I even watch videos of just women doing crossfit. You guys are too hung up on this "gay" thing. If you love crossfit, do so for what it is, not for how you can get your nut off. BTW...the guy on here - HOT!!!! :)

  • cool tattoo faggot. crossfit is gay as fuck

  • @rickeyhenderson88 can you explain why?

  • @rickeyhenderson88 Gay? faggot? are we a bit of a homophobe? grow up and while you're at it, post YOURSELF expressing your athetic abilities.

  • @creamsodaistasty Don't even bother. The guy is a juvenile idiot. Of that generation when everything they don't understand is "gay". Those kids don't see that homophobia, much like a racist, they're blind to their own ignorance.

  • im going to be the future crossfit games champ

  • @MegaUnavailableusern We'll be cheering you on!

  • Needs more tribal tats and chest shots.

  • This work out looks incredibly hard... And I understand that you are a crossfit badass, but you look incredibly gay in this commercial.

  • @GarrettLeeM another one...I beginning to think that looking good, healthy, sexy, just all-around attractive is correlated with being gay. Well, I have to say, if you put, what I think you look like, having this attitude, next to this guy. Anyone, gay or straight would probably agree that he's hotter. He looks that way because he cares about his appearance. That is not a bad thing. Gay does not equal inferior. That attitude is so 2000&late!

  • @Zipemova1 Woah woah woah...hold your horses there buddy. No need to go all Harvey Milk on us. I never said that looking good or being in shape is gay. Nor did I say that doing crossfit is gay. However, videotaping yourself in slow motion close ups making jizz faces...probably a bit gay.

Yes, the man is in shape. Yes, he is a great crossfitter. Yes he is in better shape than I am. But, as a commercial, the overall effectiveness of this add is simply lost on me, due to the gay vibe.

  • @GarrettLeeM No you never said the his looking good and being in shape would make him gay. I was referring a general attitude straight men have about gays. This isn't a very complex theory I'm talking about. Many insecure straight men are terrified about looking good, because they may be considered a bit "dandy". Look around you. The evidence is there. That's one. Ask a straight woman what she thinks about gays, if she's not homophobic, first thing said would be, "they look good."

  • @GarrettLeeM I've watched this video several times and just don't understand the "gay vibe" thing you guys seem to hone in on so well. What is particularly gay about it. Consider this, could it possibly be that you have a hangup about homosexuality? Using the term "gay" as a form of description of something intangible or inferior, or just plainly in a negative way, is in itself good reason for me to go "all Harvey Milk" on you.

  • @GarrettLeeM You may not understand that using "gay" to describe a negative impression as homophobic, but the very idea of neglecting the impact that doing so is itself homophobic. Yes I understand that to many using "gay" in exchange for "weird", "weak", "strange", etc might be a generational thing, but I am happy to see that there are many in coming generations that are beginning to understand that doing so is unjustified, and adds to the myths surrounding gay people.

  • @GarrettLeeM Again I don't see how so many straight kids, (I'm assuming you're not an adult) cannot the see how this is wrong. Not every commercial is effective, and none will affect everyone in the same way. However, why CrossFit is seen as frail, bogus, concocted and ultimately all of that winds up being "gay" is beyond me, and yes offensive. Many of the straight, and gay women, and men that I know who do CF, are very open-minded and welcoming. C'mon now, stop homophobia!

  • @Zipemova1 You know what, because youtube comment sections are such valid platforms for statements on how we view society as a whole, I completely agree with you... everything you just said. You, being a complete stranger an all, are just such an incredibly credible source. I have looked over every single thing you just said to me. And I agree with everything.

You your lengthy, grammatically and logically flawed paragraphs should be printed out and gifted to society. They are that good.

  • @GarrettLeeM Agreed.

  • I love crossfit... but this video was really weird and awkward to me... maybe some of the moves were crossfit but you can tell he new this was for a 'promo' video and he was concerned with looking good... which is not what crossfit is about, contrast this video with the addidas see video lLFunBPgPOo or reebok crossfit videos

  • @DjAnomoly But you said it yourself. It was a promo video. Who wants to look dumb in a video? :D

  • what a joke. so overhyped

  • How to look like a faggot 101

  • @JimIsArd Yum...that means gay men look super hot. I always thought so.

  • nice burn. negative building tho.

  • @talew890 sHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA

  • Crossfit has to be one of the best work outs if not the best workouts ive done. Ive worked out using P90X / INSANITY as well as working out with the MARINES in a poolee function. I dont enjoy working out by myself i like the competitive feel that Crossfit has and happy i signed up this month. Its all mental toughness otherwise the strength portion comes later. Cheers to everyone. (P.s- I dont bash any other program all have their ups and downs but i prefer this over those. Thats just it :)

  • This isnt crossfit, this guy doesn't do gay crossfit pullups, nor the other gay crossfit lifts.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep the truth is, crossfit is more of a philosophy. Once you understand it's basic ideas, you can program wods however you want, and "do" practically whatever you want, lift however heavy you want..etc. just remember, constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. that's it...if you want climb ropes and lift stones, and do tire flips for time...fine...that's crossfit too. the problem is you only see kipping pull-ups ppl from different backgrounds BEGINNING oly lifts.

  • @tzaunie i dont think 50reps will help with explosiveness sorry.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep then don't do 50 reps. rep schemes aren't set in stone. if explosiveness is what you are training for then do explosive movements...change the workouts as you please u can play with the reps, the weight, time intervals, the movements... but i suspect your referring to the metabolic conditioning aspect of crossfit...it does have it's merit...but i repeat, you can practically tailor-fit wods to suit your goals. hence spin- offs such as crossfit football, crossfit endurance, etc.

  • @tzaunie don't call it crossfit, because crossfit is like a commercial company with their own workouts.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep I don't know where you get these preconceived notions from. But everything i've stated is true. crossfit's body of "wods" is not set in stone and is always changing and evolving...new "wods" are being created everyday. that by definition is crossfit hence, constantly varied. Why so anti-crossfit? And in terms of being a "company" it's more "open-source" than anything.

  • @tzaunie Why anti crossfit, because you can do like 50 deadlifts in a row, and then pushups right afterwards.... half the people in crossfit are assholes and cant do anything else but crossfit.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep there you go again with the "50 reps" . It seems to me that this perspective you have towards crossfit is based on a few encounters with some "assholes"((half the people, really?) I assure you there are just as many or even more "assholes" in every other workout/training methodology aside from crossfit. I categorize "assholes" as those who are close minded and like to make assumptions and generalizations about something they only know about through second-hand encounters.

  • @tzaunie Yes there are assholes everywhere, but crossfit happens to have a higher concentration. I think we are talking about 2 different things. You are talking about the different lifts that crossfit does, and I am talking about the people who follow the crossfit cult, and wear the gay tshirts.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep unfortunately that's human nature, especially when something is "new" and/or "different". I suspect things will calm down if/when it becomes more "main-stream". i just wouldn't go so far as to make judgement about a method based on the few "assholes" who give it a bad name. but it has changed lives and is promoting people who would otherwise be on the treadmill or using ab-machines to recognize the merits of things like "strongman" and "olympic" lifts.

  • @tzaunie That is always good.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep the whole point of crossfit is too be good at everything in life...

  • @BeepimajeepBeep I've never seen gay pull ups or "other gay lifts", can you make a video showing the YouTube world just what that might look like.

  • @Zipemova1 google 'kipping pullup' and google the brandname 'crossfit' workout. i.e. 30 deadlifts in a row. ???

  • BRO BRO BRO BRO BRO BRO... BRO BRO BRO... BRO BRO BRO...

  • He's damn fit too... looking forward to starting crossfit in 3 weeks now...

  • Awesome!

  • Nice job Blair!

  • CrossFit knock-off? Hardly. This guy came in 5th at the CrossFit games this year.

  • @falaris he got 5th place ? whats the name of the tournament competition ? whats a called?

  • @falaris So what difference does it make?...The point is he made it to the games, and placed 5th. Haters must hate I guess.

  • CrossFit knock-off

  • what a load of shit

  • @trinity9011 Really? Have you tried working out like this? You'd probably would have a load of shit in your pants. :)

  • @Zipemova1 anything to escape the shame of working out like this

  • @Zipemova1 I did w/ aerobics, Pilates, tai bo, weight training, etc.. I did not even break a sweat...

  • @Zipemova1 thats usually called over training......

  • @skater506 No...there are rest days. Active rest days. It's called performing functional training, good balanced food intact and sleep. Nothing different from any other fitness training. Only much more exciting.

  • @trinity9011 saw you subscibed to bodybuildig4eva. and you say this is shit. just say you cant do it. YOU CANT DO IT.

  • @musicsuxnowadays agree...most body builders can't, I've witnessed it. I've seen guys come into the box, muscled and tanned, and ready to kick ass, only to see them throwing up, and whimpering in a corner after a few minutes of CF. Humbled. Yet I've never seen a CrossFitter, ridicule or dismiss them. On the contrary, they're usually encouraged to keep coming back and to try again. Just like the rest of us. Wow! So many narrow-minded people on here.

  • this video made me want to train!!

  • @whansp Me too!
