We filmed this, and we provided it for TMZ to use. They weren't there. TMZ on TV said that fans contacted them after they posted the video on the web, and confirmed that the girl with Rob in LA was indeed his sister. And they said that fans compared that girl to the girl in this NY video (judging only from her the back of her hair), and said it looked like the same girl. But it definitely wasn't.

No, it's not a fake, we just weren't able to capture them holding hands on film because they ran away as soon as they saw us. Rob is a really friendly guy, he doesn't mind being filmed at all, but he's also a private guy, and with Twilight about to be released it's best for him not to be photographed holding hands with any girls.
