For those complaining about the authenticity of the Indian recipe that is gluten-free, how about posting your own recipe ideas for Indian foods that are gluten-free (no wheat, rye, barley, or oats). NDTV has a video on you tube about celiac disease and cooking gluten-free. Celiac disease is found in north Indians.
