Squire Parsons wrote a lot of great songs. However, this is not one of them. This was written by Judy Morrison in the early 1980's. I saw Wayne sing this song at a concert in Indiana this past Christmas. Just as good as ever!

I fully listened to the words that Wayne Maynard sung. I was truly reminded of the peace I had when I was first saved in 1966 and thru out my teen years. Facing some difficulty in life now, I truly know God is here to carry me thru. He loves me and I love Him. He blessed me with a husband, Doug, that truly loves the Lord and has always supported me. My mom used to take me to a ton of their concerts when i was 9-13. I miss a lot of those guys. They played the oasis in loveland oh and ray dean gave me a dollar to hand out flyers. They acted like they forgot the lyrics to moving up to glory land ( my favorite) and they got me up there mom said take him, This song moves me and i cry because i miss those guys so much. They saved me when i was 9. Love ya guys!! God Bless!!
