I love volumouse! This is the first time I've seen anyone else use it. I do have to say though, to let go of your mouse to grab the "powerfake" to do the exact same thing that would have happened if you had just used your mouse, seems kind of pointless.

ummmm, why were you looking at the ball scrolling components on the one mouse and not the mouse wheel since that was obviously what you were looking to use on the second mouse you looked at. You did not even address if the wheel on the first mouse was a rotary encoder or infrared.... This has probably confused a lot of people who wouldn't know any better...
