There has been bass in the Oslo fjord in the summer and fall for the last 10 years or so. But if the numbers are increasing or people just spend more time looking for them I don't know. The biggest one I've shot was 3kg, but rod fishermen have taken the odd 4-5 kg specimen. This year the weather has been blah so they haven't shown up in any numbers yet. Fingers crossed for this misummer!
