Firstly he does not need to know the cards, it is about where he places them. Notice when he takes the card out of his back pocket he puts the whole deck except 1 card back. So to make the rest of the deck disappear he simple cups his hand to give the illusion there is more then one card there. Pretty niffty.

He pulled out the 4 selected cards. Left them at the top in the order 7S, 5H, 4S, 4H. Did a fake shuffle. Then did a series of fake cutting.

Shot out the first card from the top which is 7S. Took the 5H from the top of wall. Left only the 4S in his left hand and stuck the rest of the cards in his back pocket. Took the top card from his back pocket which was the 4H. Then slapped his hand to reveal the last card. Cool illusion though. Wouldn't have caught it without rewind features.
