  • ron paul " i am sorry,...you are by far the most transparent of them all... good luck

  • One can see he thinks before he says something,,He says alot of ah s until he climax's then states the facts, hardly an ahh again...LoL what a guy.@!!

  • This is undeniable proof of why we DON'T need government oversight of the economy. Markopolos tells the SEC for close to a decade that Bernie Madoff is running a Ponzi Scheme, they ignore him, Bernie's sons turn him in after he confesses to them that it was a Ponzi Scheme, and NOW all of a sudden, we need MORE regulation? These fucking clowns can't even be trusted to enforce laws that are already on the books, and we should give them MORE regulatory power!? You people are EEEEDIOTS!!!!

  • Ron Paul is bad ass.

  • Maybe the SEC is irrevelant, but wait a minute. If Social Security is a ponzi scheme, then by Ron Paul's logic, all insurances are ponzi schemes. Please keep in mind, Ron Paul is rich and he could retire today and have all his needs met. Besides, the whole reason people get suckered into ponzi schemes is because they promise unusually high returns. Social Security doesn't even come close. It's just a back up plan, like life insurance.

  • @Sasha32659 Back-up plans don't force you to pay into it under threat of prosecution. Social Security is, without a doubt, a Ponzi Scheme.

  • the last quarter is very important, please support paul.

  • yep, whether he makes President or not, Ron Paul is right on with his slam against

big government. Madoff is just another scapegoat to cover up social security, IRS,

and the beauracratic process of making laws and bringing in more money to the corporation called the USA...Good Ron on your run for President, you have said it all already...

  • gotta love ron paul ,.. i am surprised the man can walk with balls that big lol ,..

can't argue with him tho , when he's right he's right. still funny to hear him say it so clearly tho.

  • what an oppertunity you missed out on not voting this man into the presidents office one of the safest bets for nexttime mind you i would rather keep him alive because they would only assasinte him an honest man in the whitehouse would be too dangerouse for them crookes sorry about the spelling god bless usa

  • RON PAUL is the ORIGINAL GANGSTA!

  • Ron Paul that will not work because the lawyers don't know how to capture the crooks and the fact is the SEC was told to stand down from the Rothschild Dynasty, so the gov. is hijacked with these evil elites, who decide who financially lives and who should die.

  • Here the message must be sent that Mr. Madoff's crimes were extraordinarily evil and that this kind of manipulation of the system is not just a bloodless crime that takes place on paper, but one instead that takes a staggering toll," Chin said.

The judge said the estimate that Madoff has cost his victims more than $13 billion was conservative because it did not include money from feeder funds

  • You may think the murder of a person is a heinous crime...which it is...but if you compare the damage done to so many families (and future generations) by the likes of guys like Madoff, it difficult to determine an appropriate punishment. Maybe we should let the victims spend a little time alone with him. Barbaric, you say? Maybe so, but think of the message that would be sent to these scumbags! We have a similar situation in Canada. I can't think of his name, but he "made-off" with 50-100 M!

  • And ron Paul needs to be president

  • I don't know why these people didnt do there resarch first. If you get scamed thats on you i lost alot of money in the stock market. Im not asking the government to give me my money back. You think these people are stuipd no? they just were greedy and wanted more and more money well you can get your cake and eat it to. From 100 million to 0 to bad

  • Congress is a fraud--they're using distracting theatrics to cover themselves. Madoff was a card carrying member of the Zionist lobby. Let's see some acountability regarding AIPAC spying, the Kosher Tax, and Zionist lobby groups bribing politicians -- that will answer the Madoff questions and others. Pelosi and Harman should also be investigated.

Every youtuber should look into these issues -- my comment is only intended to get you to look into it for yourself.

    Ron Paul is honest.

  • yea, ponzi = banking system. lolz

  • I am dying to know if the S.E..C took money to be quiet andrun whenthe time is right.

  • The S.E.C. is worthless.

The point of the S.E.C. is to quickly jump into action to avoid a $60 billion dollar ponzi scheme. They waited until every investor was in to gives us the damage report and to tells us people were screwed. Thats it.

  • Madoff, who pleaded guilty so fast, was maneuvering to avoid charges against the rest of his family, other Jews, who may be involved, and may be Israel. I can't resist the thought of the possibility that AIPAC are involved, by protecting him all these years. After all, they help presidents to be elected and congressmen to be elected and lose their jobs. That happens in the US only.

  • vee must send Madoff to dachau. Gas the fucker!

  • madoff is jewish, DONT FORGET

  • is that f***ing jew still not in jail?

  • This guy Ron Paul is extremely sharp, smart & honest. I began listening to him & he makes a ton of sense.

  • Harry Markopolos and Ron Paul would work well together in establishing a new financial system, after we do away with the Fed, of course.

  • I think Markopolos deserves a first class Medal. He could have lost his life in the process.

  • Ron Paul makes a very good point. That government's efforts to instill CON fidence via regulatory intervention actually creates a false sense of security and moral hazard that encourages complacency and fraud. Congress never could "fix" anything and should get back to its roots. Most Federal agencies are unnecessary wastes of money.

  • Madoof is laughing at everybody! A jew cheating other jews! How you gonna get it any better! Leave him alone or give him a medal!

  • What Paul really means is that we've got a moneygrubbing jew who stole from other moneygrubbing jews so it all evens out. No need to waste taxpayer dollars prosecuting this case.

  • It would behoove many to listen to these simple words.

  • Ron Paul is the voice of a failed system.

  • Ron Paul will not last one day with the current system.

  • Ok no SEC, so who is going to police these money hungry assholes from ruining our country? Self regulation will not work--look at what happened with Enron. So with less government regulating the people that would jump at the chance for an extra million dollars--at the expense of you and me--would result in them further ruining our country. OR am I wrong? if someone has an alternative for a stronger regulated financial market please bring it forth.

  • This man should have been the President of the USA and not that porch monkey! Ron Paul is perhaps the only honest politician I can think of. It saddens me that he was threatened for running for president and had to leave the race. And they have the nerve to call it a democracy!

  • ditto

i think ron paul is my brother from another mother

maybe the guy can read my mind?

i think he isn't president because 1) people hope he is wrong even though they know he is right, and 2) they want to believe that government will solve their problems

    WAKE UP AMERICA!

  • USA ain't nothing but a huge scam but this man is a true hero. The only time a jew ever considers himslef to be a failure is when he fails to steal all the money. Charlie Munger said it best for all-time about jews such as Bernard Madoff, Lou Pearlman, Reed Slatkin, Sam Israel, Steven Hoffenberg, Markus Schrenker, Hank Paulson and Alan Greenspan.

"When they are speaking, they are lying. When they are silent, they are stealing."

  • Ron Paul is completely brilliant. Sometimes i think he's the black sheep of American politics simply because he isn't corrupt. Im realy glad Barrack Obama is President, but Ron Paul would have been pretty awsome too. Its amazing that he is/was a Republican as his views are so incredibly "left wing".

  • Ron Paul and Barack Obama could not be more opposite. Ron Paul embraces the tenets of conservatism, fiscal responsibility coupled with smaller government and non intervention with other countries. He most certainly is NOT left wing. You are very confused.

  • 1) im not confused. 2) there seems to be a discrepancy between us about the definition of the term "left wing". Left wing does not mean USSR or China. For me, 'left wing' represents a pure state of communism that arises from a capitalist state in such a way that Karl Marx subscribed to. Right wing would be a pure state of capitalism in the fasion of Adam Smith (Wealth of Nations). That being said, Ron Paul 1) states that the principal reserve banking is a big Ponzi Scheme (aka federal reserve)

  • He also states that the current Social Security system is also a ponzi scheme. 2) he also says "we need to get rid of the ... MONETARY system.

getting rid of the monetary system...lmao it doesnt get more left wing that that. His words in this video are pretty much inline with just about anything else i have ever heard him say, he is definately a man way ahead of his time (about 200 years ahead - and i mean that literally).

  • "left wing" today refers to many that are members of the democrat party. It refers more to socialist ideas regarding sharing the wealth and liberal ideas that insist people should be allowed to do and say anything they want. The problem arises when people say things against the liberals and then it longer is considered freedom of speech.

  • Getting rid of the monetary system doesn't mean getting rid of money... He wants to change the way the system works, he doesn't want no monetary system at all. Plus he wants to replace it with something like a gold standard. It does not getting any more conservative than that.

  • Any system that involves money in any way shape or form is a monetary system. to bring back the gold standard would still make it a monetary system which is still what he wants to get rid of, if we take what he says literally.

  • Also I am very aware that Ron Paul thinks the Feds and SS are ponzi schemes which by definition they might be today. I would agree with him that the Feds do not in any way serve to benefit our country and I would agree that SS was ill conceived and at this point is raking in the dough not expecting to be solvent in the near future and so it would thus be a ponzi scheme.

  • I wish more people understood the characteristics and nature of money. The men who wrote the Constitution understood that it must be created before it can be seized through force or fraud. Try reading the US Constitution. It forbids states from using paper money the instrument used to defraud people. It limits Congress to coining metal money and setting a standard of weights and measures. Money must be based on a commodity gold silver tobacco salt, otherwise it only creates debt.

  • No SEC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • MY GOD! IT IS SO REFRESHING TO HEAR T R U T H! Yes, this man is a Doctor, as good as they come, he cures my starvation for truth, he satifsies my necessity for a breath of fresh air when I'm suffocating in media lies. He cures my depression with genuine honesty and frank truths...even if the news is bad, it sure is a "healing" feeling just to see him have the only guts to stand out above all the rest and hear his words of truth.

I am certain that those around him are jealous of his integrity.

  • I can't stand that the media equates the Madoff and Enron scandal with the free market and deregulation. You can comit fraud with rules or no rules. With sound money and non fractional banking reserve system with free market parameters in place neither scandals could have happened.

  • Madoff's ponzi scheme went bust when the intake of money could not keep up with the promises and demands of the scheme. His investors went bust. What will happen when the US Gov't ponzi scheme faces the same end? answer: WE ALL GO BUST!

  • I like Ron Paul a lot but at the end here he's suggesting these corp entities should regulate themselves. Am I hearing this right?

Thing is these entities are meshed into the public like a parasite and they're way to big. Break 'em up and regulate the hell out of them. they're dogs after all so put them on a leash.

    thanks for the show

  • I like Dr. Paul a lot as well. What he's suggesting is that that markets determine the competitiveness of firms assuming that there is open freedom for capital (savings and money) to move about. That is, corruption would be next to impossible because individuals, having interest in their money and responsibiilty to oversee their funds would seek either the highest return or greatest safety. Responsibility is key and the government is just there to enforce contracts.

  • There's a chance he'll run in 2012. Schiff is the only other with the brains and courage to match. Yet there is no real substitute for Ron Paul.

  • If I was the next speaker I'd throw Mr Paul another 8 minutes.

I only have 500 letters so:

    1) Look up 'naked' short selling

    2) Look up Ponzi

    3) Look up Max Keiser

    4) Look at deficits and compare them to the American's one

    5) Look at the future inflation rate (NOT) the governments predictions, sorry folks you can NOT fix the markets

    6) Get the f*** out of the dollar.

NAKED SHORT SELLING, please, oh please look it up. It's 100% illegal, your government THRIVES on it.

  • Ballsy!

  • the social security system is a ponzi scheme! genius. however, i don't agree that everyone knows this information

  • I'll just send them one word...REVOLUTION!

  • Wait, fixing the problem means government can't commit fraud anymore? Fraud is all government has got. Fraud makes the world go round RP and you want to stop it? He must be skipping your American politics pills. well eat up cuz this is it RP.

  • Brilliant....as usual. Government solves problems, like credit cards create wealth. Morality will never be legislated.

  • social security IS a HUGE ponzi scheme

  • unfortunately, there is not many new clients (younger workers) coming in to continue this ponzi scheme to support the older clients (baby boomers). social security will collapse due to many young workers are facing tough competition from the world labor market, factories are moving oversea and U.S. economy is heading for a downturn. i'm pretty certain many young workers are moving oversea to look for job. this will result in fewer taxes. it's a stormy economic ride for america.

    smart Dr. Paul.

  • so is the disability dept. vet funds, workers compensation, transportation, pensions, 401K, and of couse paying taxes, when only corporations where to pay taxes from their profits and surplus, not individuals by way of wages & labor, 16 Amendment was never ratify. You only get as much justice as you can afford, so you spend your whole life it court trying to get the money back from the above funds, that they stole from you, just by denying your claims.

  • @ndfootballch The Derivatives market is the largest ponzi-scheme.

  • @jsamsonite07 no it's not, it's the largest potentially sub-prime market.

  • That's pretty ballsy - he just told congress that they are irrelevant. Sadly, they didn't seem to have noticed.

  • Smart man.

  • There it is folks,

You gave up Brains for Black.

  • Most of congress are too corrupt and/or ignorant of our Constitutional Republic to even comprehend what RP is talking about.

    Very sad.
