lol i feel the pain :D bass blisters and wrist canes like a bastard. ...anyone else get the old numb fingers playing bass? does it ...go after a few days? ive sort of picked it up after not playing for 5 years....i used to wear plasters on my fingers :D....but then the skin toughens i think....any tips?? guys? ty- MPT

I think something in my heart everytime i listen to this piece, and you nailed that perfectly. And I'm not a big fan of bass guitar, as what I said could suggest. I'm so ignorant that I can very hardly hear the bass in a song, understand the notes it's playing and which sounds are made by it (unless it's a song from RATM ^^). I like guitar instead.

@yorifo129 intenta hacer ejerciosios con las manos, comiensa con 2 dedos en la cuerda mas aguda, es mas facil tocar rapido. luego si quieres puedes tocar con mas dedos i en otras cuerdas mas gruesas. cuando no estes tocando mueve tus dedos, has "caballitos" con to mano.

It's hard but that's how cliff did it.

I guess, cause i don't fully know either, you have to have a good bass setup and everything. Then i would think that the pedals he used with the amount of sustain he had, helped alot. Lastly, make your hammer-ons almost finger tap-like?
