  • This is a legit treatment. It is either a 532nm wavelength or 1064nm. One targets blue/black lesions (or tattoos) the other targets red/brown (age spots,etc.). I believe this is the blue /black wavelength so the photoenergy is only absorbed by the blue vein, it is the only thing that heats while surrounding tissue stays cool. The little red spot you see is only a targeting light, the little flashes are the real laser turning on and off super fast.
