it works but you type in the name of the folder its called i renamed mine when i downloaded it it came up pspwxp so i typed in "file:/pspwxp/index.htm and it worked

Eveybody i know how to do it. First you have to extract the file to the psp folder. Then when it's done extracting go to the psp browser. Type in this. file:/psp/pspwxp.index.htm
