I think the reason this didnt' sell his was taped at CBS and they had a $25,000 limit imposed at the time

Two facts:
1. This was taped in Studio 33 at CBS Television City.
2. The intro theme was a portion of "Don't Let It Show" by the Alan Parson's Project.

Was Jim doing Bullseye still while this pilot was shot?

Changing the top point question from 11 to 9 hurts the game; it's no longer possible to reach 21 in just two rounds.

This is one of the best unsold pilots I've seen, truth be told.

Bullseye was cancelled after this pilot was shot, right?

Was this the last appearance of Jim Lange without his glasses?
Personally, I only seen him without them on The Dating Game, Oh, My Word, and this pilot. I never seen him without them. Also, this is the only time I seen him without his glasses after he stared wearing them. So it could be.
