There Is A Faster Way To Beat Him,

I Used Lightning, Snow And Sazh

I Made Sazh Give Me That Buffs (Haste,Vigilance,Faith,Bravery­) And I Think Veil As Well, Then I Made Relentless Assault, Hit Him With My Commando (Snow)

Then I Changed To Tri-Disaster, And Made Him Staggered, Then I Made The Stagger Go To 550% Then Switch To Cereberus Then Hit Him With EveryThing You've Got. Hope This Helps.(This May Only Work On High Level Crystarium).

yeah, got him, although I used a totally different stratergy, i used Vanielle as the party leader and Light and Snow as members, just have her "deprotect" as much as possible, and have the other two as com and rav and he should gradually get weaker and then you should stagger him, upon that he switch to com/com/rav and kill the damn thing... :)

I have been trying to understand that My Lightning, but this dude is right and the CE Book says to stick with Fang/light/Hope, but that is not always the good choice. I m going to give it a try, i used the same people he used for Barthandelus and it worked.

Nothing special, default tier 1 weapons (not upgraded) and Crystarium is not maxed (although it is close to it).

If you fought every enemy since Ch03 to Ch11, you should always be close to maxing the cap at the end of the chapter.

Cid was pretty awesome on this one, and even during this fight - though we we're fighting- i never saw him as a villian, he did what is right. Even we don't entirely know what we can do: Destroy Cacoon or Lose Ourselves as Cie'th. Still waiting for the plot to unravel as I Near closer to the end~

If you mean sequels/prequels to FFXIII, there are none. Every game of the XIII trilogy is different and is not related to one another.

I agree that ONE game would've been enough, and that it's obviously just a plot to gain more money (shocker, coming from a gaming company as big as Square Enix).

In FFXIII's case, it's linear, easy but advertised in clever ways, such as mixing Battle Scenes with similar Cutscenes, making it look better than it is, tbh. LL for one, he's just pressing X.

Lightning, for one, is, in all rights, by a person who just finished the game, AND also by official comments from the creators, a FEMALE VERSION OF CLOUD.

And you're so, so totally wrong. In fact, the most favorited character of the entire franchise would be Sephiroth, close second comes Aerith, Tifa, Rikku and obviously, Squall.

Cloud comes nowhere near the people's choice. Even Tidus outranks him on that, earning an official award with Yuna as "Video Game Couple of the Year".

He is a L'Cie.

Why is he fighting the party of L'Cie? Because before he became a L'Cie, he wanted to rid the world of the Sanctum's and the fal'Cie's grip, but now, he can't, not of his own free will.

Instead, he attacks the Party, because he knows that one of them is to become Ragnarok. In killing them, he can be sure to stop them from doing so, and destroying Cocoon.

Btw, I agree. FF ain't what it was. Finished XIII myself, and not amused.
