I actually found this video while doing a fermentation power point for my Microbiology class. I loved it... lol. I thought it was as cute as it can get. Milk chocolate is chocolate...plus milk--thus the name! In most commercial chocolate there's also a lot of other additives, such coco butter and other fats to make it taste "better." it all depends on your taste buds! But what we shared here is the basic recipe for chocolate.

That was educational; thanks a lot; I learned much. But I should + that that chocolate is different from milk chocolate. Even w/ the sugar & cinnamon & stuff, doesn't that chocolate or pure chocolate still taste very different from milk chocolate?
