I'm 8 minutes in to a video titled "how to sing", and the answer I'm hearing is "if you weren't born with it, you can't".
Maybe you could re-tag this "how to feel okay that you suck at singing".

It's funny what you said about music being at the forefront...When people come to our place I can't put music on because I cannot concentrate on anything else and I feel quite rude.
