the video reel looks nice... my suggestions: change the music to a more alert one and modify the style to a more aggresive one (you don't want the audience to fall asleep, you want them focused and excited), and regarding that human head... the nape looks really odd. if you look at a real human, you'll see that it's more flat and retracted. also the joint with the neck is smoother.
its a nice showreel dude.. ur modeling as wel as texturing both r damn good...to make it more better u can animate ur modeles a bit after showing it wid 360 camera angle.. best of luck!!
