I just got done building up the aluminum version of this bike, xtr kit, and it weighed in at 24 lbs flat. Crazy light, and if the carbon one is almost a pound lighter, wow! Impressive machinery there, great design, and can't wait for all the snow to go away so I can ride it... :-)
Impressed with the pricing on the complete bikes with XTR kits as well.
