  • you say you wanna reduce it, and then you say you wanna keep the water in there to keep it thin!!... not sure if i follow... PS, you blend your broccoli at the end to keep the color from going brown!!! its not rocket science man...

  • This isn't 'expert village', its 'comedy central'!

  • this is how to use a blender demo- no use of it

  • This guy is truly hilarious: he says safety first and uses a towel not to burn himself, but he mixes the soup on the heat!

  • Man giving non cooks a bad lesson in using an immersion blender while the heat is still on and the boiling soup is still on the stove. Not a great lesson for beginners. Lesson in potential disaster.

  • Immersion blenders (hand blender, or 'boat motor' as Emeril says), and great. Very handy, and you don't have to get a stand blender's pitcher dirty.

  • since that comment i've seen several other videos of people using it that way so i see your point

  • Putting that blender in the water seems like a potential hazard... Are you sure you're supposed to do that?

  • Dude use a blender...

  • Yeah that's what I do.

  • i use food processer for grinder brocolii
