@jf9183 That's how tall I am, it doesn't matter how tall you are, just practice <3 My hoop is a few inches under a meter in diameter, idk how much it weighs though. Hope you've had Good Luck with it :)

Some people call that move the 'duck-out'.

When you see an opening while waist hooping just duck your torso out towards the ground and catch the hoop with the same hand in which direction the hoop is spinning...or something like that. :-)
