I think that Rove and Belinda would have discussed him moving on and I am sure she would have wanted him to be happy. Life is too short - and yes you need time to grieve - but if he has been lucky enough to find true love a second time, why should he hold off? Just to please the expectations of others? To avoid being judged by strangers? I for one wish him happiness. I am sure Belinda is up there smiling, she probably had no small hand in guiding him towards love again.
why does it honestly matter if he moved on fast? Honestly I think Moved on is the wrong term...It's not like he has forgotten Belinda....she was taken and their is nothing he could do to stop it....Tasma probably made him happy when he was feeling miserable...I'm sure she would be happy that he is happy...It doesn't mean he loves Belinda less....

I am from ireland but i remember seeing belinda in Home and Away. I cant believe that she died such a tradgety. She was so young and so pretty cancer is such a horrible disease
