I needed this answer I didn't know what to do I just felt miserable everyday cause of my previous relationship and my dad was in the Navy and my mom was not all that great to him while he was deployed and I live with my dad so I have to hear him talk bad about women all the time which influences me so I got it twice as bad but this helped me a lot thank you so much.
