There was some great moments from the second season and beyond, but season 1 will always be the greatest lesbian series to grace TV. Even the camera work and style in season 2 started the end of a show that could've been absolutely phenomenal; instead it was contrived and utter chaos, with way too many characters that couldn't allow for better exploration for our more Favorited characters. Season 1 was amazing though...

Jenny's character deserve more respect than that, SHE gave an interesting story, and Mia give you a well done character. Fuck season 6, you´ve fucked a good show.

there was talk of a Spin off, called The Farm, which is a women's jail ( Bad Girls anyone?) and Alice takes the fall for killing Jenny. That's all thats known. Since the show never aired.. I think they should make a movie out of that storyline.. Alice did it? really? now it's just up in the air...

I must say that I'm pissed that people are complaining about how the show ended. Some shows end like that with no clear answers it makes the viewer think and allows then to interoperate the ending themselves. So please stop complaining :)

@rebz944=Shane left Carmen at the altar because she came to the realization that she will be unfaithful in marriage much worse that she had cheated on her with Cherie Jaffe. Molly was the only girl whom Shane never cheated on. Those cousins could still be angry with Shane because of the embarrassment she has brought to their family member when she left Carmen at the altar and they would still not allow her to see Carmen anymore if ever Shane shows up again at their premise.

I don't think so, it's too late for that and everything has changed.

they can't decide for an ending, so they just left the story open for us fans to have our own conclusions to satisfy each and everyone's wishes for the story. it's a good technique on film making, but honestly, what i saw was that they ruined the ending and it's not very convincing and satisfactory.

I agree with you! The 6th season wasn't really worth watching. Specially not when the whole show was such a success. Great shows needs to come full circle.
And when it comes to the death of Dana - I almost quit on the show back then! She was one of the best characters, so down to earth and normal. The scene where she "comes out" to Mr. Piddles really resembled her personality. I mean, if one cares enough to come out to their pet, he/she must be a really sweet person.
the last season was such a load of bull, wish it never happened or could be redone. what a waste.. spent years invested in what was such a good show only to get a huge slice of crap cake as an end to it all. they screwed it all up.
i'm with you 100%, im glad jenny kicked the bucket cuz she was sooo fucking annoying this past season but other than that i was sooo disappointed with the overall storyline of the season...i waited months for it to come out on dvd and thats what i got...i just love slices of crap cake!

Bette furiously warned Jenny that she'll do anything to protect her family. Nikki who was hiding in the bushes could have witnessed it when Bette pushed Jenny so hard and fell into the pool.

There was supposed to be a spin-off show featuring "Alice" in prison for Jenny's murder but it didn't fly. I thought the overall ending of the 6th season did not do justice to the show. they can't decide for an ending, so they just left the story open for us fans to have our own conclusions to satisfy each and everyone's wishes for the story. it's a good technique on film making, but honestly, what i saw was that they ruined the ending and it's not very convincing and satisfactory.

I agree with you! The 6th season wasn't really worth watching. Specially not when the whole show was such a success. Great shows needs to come full circle.
And when it comes to the death of Dana - I almost quit on the show back then! She was one of the best characters, so down to earth and normal. The scene where she "comes out" to Mr. Piddles really resembled her personality. I mean, if one cares enough to come out to their pet, he/she must be a really sweet person.
