Air America was on the public airwaves. Nobody listened. No one WANTS to listen to a bunch of braindead leftists. So now the radio stations that DO have a large, supportive audience will be asked to "donate" some of their air time to the same type of pathetic hosts that couldn't keep the ad dollars coming to Air America? And exactly why should they risk their business to do this? As a public service? Screw them. Force Obama to "pull a Chavez."
There should be a "fairness" doctrine in Hollywood along with the rest of the entertainment media. Too many left wingers dominating those venues. The government should "break up" those venues. Just kidding of course but the libs are not. They want total control of everything by way of government.
