I can do a deep Charr voice but I couldn't dream of doing anything with a higher pitch. It's so much easier to do voice work when you have a natural voice for the character instead of having to manipulate your sound. A great way to thicken your vocal chords is to growl with your mouth closed. It feels like you've been gargling sand after a while. You can also drink and smoke a lot but that will probably make it hard to read your lines. The Charr easily have the best personality in this game.

Just one little thing to the comments in here: You can't really judge a person (looks) by it's voice. You see it clearly for Kari Wahlgren. If you just listen to her voice and do not watch her appearance, you can hear the elven-like character within her.
