  • Wow, that place is fancy huh?

  • LOL

    >yurope

  • One of my favorite sketches of all time

  • I love how this is Burgundy Loaf's way of avoiding the crudeness of a men's room. Le Box!!! So funny.

  • the seabass is excellent...

  • underrated sketch for sure, jay johnston kills me in this one

  • I am. . .so. . .completely baffled. . .and. . .inappropriately amused. . .

  • Rudy just watches him shit and adds commentary, doesn't even do anything.

  • Rudy = A diamond in the rough.

  • let's all analyze what we just saw so that we don't feel so stupid for laughing at toilet humor

  • @blacksabbathgnr098 Who's saying we feel stupid? It's fucking hilarious.

  • pretty classy joint.

  • Ah! …… No.

  • Thats alot of accents for one sketch..

  • hahahahaha omg mr show is the best

    RUUDY!

    too crudete to imagine

  • hahahahaha omg mr show is the best

    RUUDY!

  • Why do i think that chair is a real thing...

  • I wish my leavings were cradled in velvet.

  • This server gave them so much attention... they better have tipped well

  • Now dat's what I'm talkin' 'bout!

  • "You want me to shit in a box while I'm eating dinner?"

  • Genius. Thank you.

  • show me your weenis

  • Is this an american show?

  • @catburglar82 Yes. It ran for four years from 1995 to 1999 on HBO and is the best sketch comedy show ever.

  • @retroelectrical well i would say the whitest kids u know is but mr.show is a close second

  • @escapethecrash WKUK are hilarious but not in the same league as Mr. Show. With almost every Mr. Show sketch there are layers upon layers of thoughtful commentary on modern society that can be peeled away by the perceptive watcher. WKUK gets laughs for the most part via shock value.

  • Bob Odenkirk = Genius.

  • Omg 5:38.

    Nearly peed!

  • Fetch monsieur a bucket.

  • This is the sketch that changed my perception of comedy. The perfect bridge from juvenile blue humor to absurdist satire. It should be federal law that you see this sketch by age 10.

  • If people were introduced to good comedy so young, what we consider to be 'good comedy' would change dramatically. Comedy Central's lineup would change quite a bit (except maybe for the daily show/colbert report) My parents showed me Monty Python sketches when I was a little kid, since then only Mr. Show has been able to compete.

  • i agree. I recall Bob Odenkirk talking about how SNL would spend thousands of dollars on sets and makeup, where a simple piece of black tape for a mustache would suffice.

  • @mseales That was a highly articulate outburst. ;)

  • Same here, maybe not this sketch in particular (great as it is), but this show and Home Movies completely changed my perceptions on what comedy should be as well.

  • @mseales Just curious. What exactly is the satire here?

  • @F33bs

Well, I would say it mocks the conceit of a "fine-dining" experience by taking it to an absurd extreme.

  • @F33bs I wouldn't call it satire so much as absurd humor. The DVD commentary reveals that the writers came up with the idea of this skit when one of them remarked that a certain restaurant was so fancy that they wouldn't let you crap there. They just took that idea as far as they could.

I like how Frenchy is inexplicably a British chimney sweep.

  • Speakin' of ducks I hear some quackin'

    RUDY!

  • What is Rudy's job? Really?!

  • You should get the season 4 DVD. Jay Johnston explains everything in the commentary on this episode, in character as Rudy.

  • I couldn't write this stuff I wanted to

  • You want me to shit in a box?

  • lol thats the bit i was laughing at

    this whole sketch is amazing

  • lol @ rudy.

  • That restaurant would smell so foul.

  • Oh no! It cut off before the song! The skit is great, but the song seals the deal!

  • You want me to shit in the box while I'm eating dinner?

  • the love how the lady doesn't seem to find anything akward about whats going on. this is almost what it's like dating women where i live

  • I love Rudy's thick-ass Chicago accent

  • i get a burgundy loaf when I drink kool aid

  • * Whistle.

    Waiter: RRUUUDDYYY!!!!

  • Best comedy show ever. Period.

  • I like how Rudy doesn't actually do anything... good stuff.

  • Yeah LolZ!

  • Leavings lol

  • Anyone notice the Monty Python reference?

  • "Yeah you relax and let your ass do the talking."

    Words to live by. lol

  • When Rudy pulled out the flashlight I almost made a 'foundation' myself :)

  • I love how Frenchy has an English accent.

  • "Rudy!"

  • The sea bass is exellent.

  • Ha ha, I love this. It would be funnier though if you didn't have the funniest line in the description.

  • hey pal guess who ? good to see you are spreding your illness great post see ya in game land for more loaf humor hehehehehe

  • "Rudy will await your foundation." Classic.
