  • Fuck BP

  • The 'weird thing IS', is that when the Exxon Valdez clean-up workers "didn't wear respirators", They Did Not Live, Very Long, Thereafter! SO, "Why not claim Criminal Negligence, as 'Forgive them NOT! As,They KNOW, what they DO'"'!

  • so all i see is black ppl cleaning the beaches huh?????

  • @pyrenaphen, You are a fool. Simply because factory workers habitually ignore the wisdom of using safety equipment, and their companies don't force them to use them, does not mean that there is no health risk involved in breathing these fumes.

  • Good job by FOX NEWS.

Wow! I can't believe I just said that. lol

  • It is preposterous to say this clip makes a mountain out of a molehill. Federal regulations require that companies provide safety equipment to workers in contact with hazardous substances. BP is notorious for flaunting safety to save money, for which it has been given $hundreds of millions in criminal fines. Here it forbids respirator use to prevent media photos which would show the public its dispersants are toxic. And you say that's a non-issue? Is your contempt for human life that great?

  • Hmm... a city woman's throat started burning after a few hours smelling oil. What.. a... shock. Jesus, come work in ANY manufacturing plant in the US honey and I'll bet your throat is burning in about 30 seconds. It's called tempering, and it's an industry standard. You DO NOT need a respirator to work with liquid oil. Now, I'm not defending BP's actions on every front, but this is one of those "mountain out of a molehill" stories. Pay no attention.

  • @pyrenaphen Then I wonder, what's the deal with BP? They don't want to see their cleanup crews being "armed" with respirators. Benzene, and other chemicals are good for you, you think? Why not go join the cleanup crews?

  • @enslavetherich I worked a job at NAS Jacksonville in the on-base recycling center, had to wear a respirator for that job. I've worked with aluminum particulates, and wore one for that as well. I was preventive maintenance (which includes HAZMAT) qualified on an aircraft carrier in 2000. Believe me, there are jobs that require respirators, and there are jobs that just make the air a little harsh. Oil and the its dispersants do not require respirators.

  • @enslavetherich lol, and damn man! I'm not defending BP's decisions here - they're horrible bastards who should pay for their crimes! I'm just saying that THIS particular story is making a mountain out of a non-existent molehill.

  • @pyrenaphen Yeah.. I'll agree with you on that one, they should pay for what they have done, doing jail-time or anything else. I'm not from the U.S., but I surely hate to see the negligence of B.P. and other parties involved. Same goes for the socalled "leaders" of Fanny Mae, Freddy Mac, Goldman Sachs, Lehmann Brothers, Merril Lynch, and all those other banksters. One thing I keep wondering about a little bit. What is this non-existent molehill? Oil/gas fumes are not really healthy i.m.o..

  • @enslavetherich Definitely agree w/ the list of financiers, throwing in Countrywide (processed a good portion of the loans backed by the big pockets listed). --- I know, oil stinks and it's not the most pleasant thing around, but oil workers in the US and out have been working w/o respirators for more than a century. It's like working in a metal fabrication plant, or a plastic molding plant: harsh to the lungs, unpleasant smell, but no real damage.

  • @enslavetherich And again I'm not defending BP, but you know how it is when a corporation does wrong. Folks come out of the woodwork to try and get them from every angle. Which is FINE, really, until they start taking potshots at things that aren't actually wrong. BP has done enough things wrong that I hate to see their position strengthened by having a defensible target aimed at. (target being lack of respirators for which they have ample defense)

  • No safety gear allowed, let alone provided, in a hazardous chemical environment! Is this fair dinkum? Couldn't be!

Where are the unions? the worksafe inspectors? the industrial relations rep.s? Are there industrial laws in this part of the US?

  • Remember Gulf war syndrome? All the toxic shit those army guys were exposed too??? I wonder when people will start getting deadly sick from this?

Does anyone really care?? Why is BP allowed to keep reporters off the beaches, and out of the airspace? This is fascism people, this is EXACTLY what fascism looks like!

  • And yet they all go about their business at the end of the interview...HELLO? Knock knock puddin' head! Um, why are any of us still working? If we all quit and stop paying taxes, it won't work out for them. Oh yea, duh, too many recepients and not enough providers being loud enough.

  • @cmonpeeps

Not paying tax is a good idea.....

Mobs of armed people in the street, outside of gated communities, waiting on the rich to show their faces would work even better=)

    BANG!

The rich do NOT have YOUR families interests at heart...

So, maybe it's time to go after them, like the French revolution....

  • Ok There are deadly gases comming out of the spill and those gases are deadly to breath. Benzene 3000 parts per billions when you are only allowed to breath 5 parts per billions pretty much same thing with Metalyne Ploride... People should be warned that they are breathing these toxic flamable stuff. ( thats from the EPA's report )

  • Wow!!! Some of those newscasters have some absurd questions. go figure. I guess their getting some consultations revenue as well as some elected officials.

  • GOOO SHEEEPLE!!!

  • I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THESE VIDEOS ARE NOT GETTING ENOUGH VIEWS! Help Spread these videos people.. So that people can be aware of what is happening

  • @WatchOurLife Yep, this sure is an outrageous case. You can also easily download the video, and post it again if you feel like it.. Link is provided by rawstory, and can be found in the extra info of this video..

  • @WatchOurLife I don't know maybe it's because it's on a news network which has been discredited to the point that no one trusts anything they say?

  • @WatchOurLife BP purchased search words from google so when people look they won't find the most popular videos.

Youtube is owned by google and so are the images of google Earth.

BP also hired the security agency Wackenhut to arrest people taking pictures.

  • Its incredible.

  • F BP. What a bunch of scumbags

  • @postapocalyptia Yeah buddy, but I do not see many people realise or extrapollate from that common sense..... I do not see it mix well in our decisions or world view....

  • This is beyond horrible...I hope BP gets wiped out of existence!

Let's sacrifice a few workers just so nobody will see shots of how horrible this really is.

  • McWorld

Everyone needs a job to get money to give to someone else for the food & shelter to survive to pay tax

Government collects taxes runs the police state media fills prisons & bombs people

It builds highways so its military can travel freely Funds hospitals to record the births & deaths of all subjects dying from eugenics pogroms Runs schools where indoctrination is mandatory into the ideology of trust & recognizes All religions which are human creations that offer immortality for tithes

  • How in hell can a fucking company like BP do what they want without any monitoring. This really shows that the law is different for rich and the poor. Obviously BP is perpetrating crimes or they would be transparent

  • paybacks a bitch BP you going to go down in history as the biggest lawsuit ever in history for oil disaster cases.

  • @legionaire2005

don't count of BP actually getting sued...

they will get away scott free, and will make all of us pay for it.

  • strike bp clean up crews. It's their mess LET THEM CLEAN IT UP !

  • @a2zhandi

at least half of new orleans area jobs relied on fishing.

So the fisherman have no choice but to work for BP since its the only job in town.

  • @Pv8man Yea, I realise that. But as far as I can tell, that is a minor bumpy ride compared to what is in our future. Something has to be done soon before corporate greed kills not only all humans but the entire planet.

    Thanks

  • UNBELIEVABLE!!! and on top of this respirator issue they have the balls to ask about their w-2's. There is NO law that we have to pay income tax!! ....gotta keep telling myself...God is in control of all things,He warned us that men's hearts would fail for the things coming on the earth......

  • Look, the oil has turned the workers all Black!

  • Wait a minute. Is anyone's arm being twisting to go out there and work???

    LOL...BP's doctors? Good one.

Fuc you obama for doing NOTHING!

  • @keithallenlaw They can no longer fish, they have to work to pay their rent/mortgages,,food,kids..etc...what are you talking about??There is no alternative!!

  • @MELISSA84008 No alternative? Isn't that what they told Jesus?

William Wallace? Need more? There is always a choice. I can

see the Elite have done there job well for you to believe such bull.

Best wishes to you. Sincerely, Keith.

  • @keithallenlaw Maybe it's just me then. Being a single Mom w/ 4 kids under 8,as I was, there certainly isnt money nor resources to just "pick up and leave',,,how much more is this true w/ the economy as it is...My heart is breaking for these poor people!!! Not sure where ur comment about the 'elite' fit here...? N e way , It's kinda pointless to argue. Peace in Jesus Name.

  • @MELISSA84008 Hi Melissa, I'm afraid this is just the first or second page in this chapter. Hang tough because thats what is coming for most everyone if we act. And even tougher if we don't!! As you can see.

  • what are the studies regarding these unsafe dispersants when combined with crude oil, are people being quarentined after working there? I believe something toxic and biological is being introduced to the public!

  • Good post Bro!

  • bp abriviation for bastar* pric*s

  • B.P.............Hmmmmm. So this is how you like to go about our United States Constitution including with States' Constitutions that are Ratified w/ U.S. Constitution.

I guess this is how you want to leave your impressions with us. These type of Moral Characteristic Traits that you've been showing in a Turtle Bum-Out Mode have been only for your benefit and not for the Welfare of The Commercial Fishing Industries around that Perimeter.

What About the Coral Reef & Resources?????????

  • NWO is hard at work for your safety!!! Nothing to see here folks !! Go back to watching T.V. and eating your monsanto foods!! MOVE ALONG !! Go back to sleep!

  • Politics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • And then people laugh at conspiracy theorists. ....... At least they got something right... rich folk wont give a shit about your life.... period.

  • @graphattic That isn't a conspiracy, that is well known, has been that way since the days of the phaeros.

  • @r0bf Yeah.... does anyone notice the illegal inhuman implications of that? Or should I scream?

  • Fuck this is even worst

    So Unacceptable

    Bastards!!!

  • WOW Now that is the LEAST BP could do ! this is outrageous ! ! ! Unacceptable ! !

  • This makes me madder than hell, and the sadest part is myself and many others have been saying this for weeks now.grrrrrrrr
