i have the jr hi hats with 14" crash package and im not impressed with the hi-hats they cracked after like 6 months of use. but i do kinda like the 14" crash i have. is stagg a more recent new brand? or have they been around?
@iSMITH4life Those cymbals are probably just stock ones that come with Stagg kits, they don't last long but Stagg has been around for a little while. Their higher quality cymbals are quite professional in sound and make, I have some of the Myras and am VERY pleased. If I could afford all Staggs I would definitely use them.
I have no idea who you are, but I really want to thank you for posting all of these videos from NAMM. So few people are able to go each year, so it goes without saying that all of us who can't go find these videos extremely helpful. So thank you.
Yupp it's official, this and Dream are my two favorite cymbal brands. I guess it all comes down to what I can find at the lowest price. Oh, internet, do not let me down.
My first drum kit was a Stagg kit with Stagg cymbals . but they sounded NOTHING like these ones do.. im very impressed how far Stagg has evolved from back in the day.
They've come a long way, but the name is synonomous with a shit product. The price points on the cymbals are way too high for the man hole covers that they are. We couldn't give them away at our shop.
You really should! I went into my local music shop to get a drum key and the drum guy asked me to try out the 17" SH Thin crash... 10 mins later I left the shop with a cymbal! lol
Thats what everyone thinks, but i started using them, and my friends made fun of me, but then they heard them, and theyre like, Wow...Those are amazing XD
love the sh and vb hi hats

To anyone trying to figure out what those first hi-hats are:
Furia 15" Rock Hi-Hats Brilliant Finish.
I just couldn't hear what the guy was saying.
Also, imho, the DH 13" Rock Hi-Hat Brilliant Finish are sweet, too.

@guitardude1230 Yeah, that's a good way to put it. I like the splashes too, I really want to get a modern Stagg Furia 17" Crash cymbal.
