  • Found them on Last.fm, great band!

  • such a gr8 song.love it.

  • love it! Brian Rocks!

  • Two best bands going The Gaslight Anthem and The Horrible Crowes - Brian is one of the most influential artist on this planet

  • Fantastic album.

  • Brian Fallon, making up for the lack of real American rock icons the last decade

  • We understand why they has only three persons there who do not like that of feelings! I love this group VERY VERY MUCH !

  • Sounds like a rockier and better version of The Killers.

    Good stuff.

  • The Horrible Crowes "Behold The Hurricane" is featured on Indie/Rock Playlist: November (2011)

    download here: theindierockplaylistdotcom

  • HOLY CRAP! brian fallon started a second band and and i'm just finding out about it now? i could've been living on this record for the last 9 weeks!

  • @twinoak170 Russel Crowe

  • Best song on a sunday morning.. standing on my balcony with a coffee having this great song in my ear.

  • @Chirriu i think it is always the right time for a song, written by brian fallon, cause right now i´m sitting on the sidewalk with a beer and it is also great ! ^^

  • @MrWeak1212 I would agree if I had a beer right now.... *damn it*

  • Its not the gaslight anthem under another name. At all.

  • i don't get why this is a side project. It's pretty much Gaslight Anthem under another name.

  • Stone the Crowes, The Black Crowes, Counting Crows, The Horrible Crowes, did I forget any Crowes?

  • @twinoak170 You forgot The Russell and The Cameron Crowes @_@

  • @twinoak170 sheryl crow lol

  • Sounds like the gaslight anthem . awesome.

  • Love it so much I'm adding it into rotation at WFCF 88.5 St. Augustine!

  • of course...was refering to Brian Fallon...of Gaslight & Crowes..and the Revival Tour.

  • Brilliant. Seen Gaslight twice in UK. Seeing Fallon at Manchester Academy later this month.

  • @spyatree you do realise this isn't gaslight anthem....

  • where they are from?

  • @gapevx Jersey. Well, Brian is. I can't say for Ian.

  • @gapevx Brian Fallon is from New Jersey, Ian Perkins is from England (I don't know from where in England exactly).

  • Tunes Award Winner 2011

  • this is the best song for a rainy day

  • Love the anthem, love his solo stuff and side projects; however I think brians lyrics are getting hard to bear.. So vauge, like "your love is like the ocean" or "your eyes are my sun". Love his song writting, but I think he can do better. Of course I say this respectfully and its just my opinion...Anyone agree?

  • @slight1495 No, I don't agree at all. I appreciate his blunt honesty and don't really like it when artists lose themselves in a million confusing metaphors.

"I don't recognize myself, I'm not the man you love, behold the hurricane"

"Suddenly I realized I needed you more"

I've you've been there and you know what he's talking about, you don't care about how fancy the lyrics are, because these words hit you like a suckerpunch and rip your heart out.

  • @slight1495 I agree... He seems a little too cool guy with the metaphors. It's just a little much sometimes, makes me laugh. I like this stuff, but didn't have a problem with sink or swim, either.

  • @slight1495 'I age by years at the mention of your name'... Pure Beaut.

  • oh, i was like, these guys sound just like gaslight anthem, then i found out it was same guy!

  • Where is the official music video? When is it coming out?

  • I don't know much about Ian Perkins but he deserves much more credit for this album then he's currently getting.

  • yes yes yes

  • Brian Fallon can do no wrong but the guys he works with deserve equal praise. It's just awe inspiring music.

  • Brian shows how christian's can still be true rock n rollers.

  • Brian never fails to write an incredible song. Cherry Blossoms nearly moved me to tears- Elsie is faultless. If I only do one more thing before I die, I simply have to meet Brian Fallon.

  • Amazing. Brian Fallon's voice is unparalleled.

  • I'd love to hear The Boss' opinion of their album. You can hear the inspiration through this song so well. I'll always prefer Springsteen but this is amazing, love it.

  • I Love Brian Fallon's voice! It's so enlightening (": everytime I hear it, it brings a tear to the eye & a shiver down the spine <3 its a good time to be alive!!

  • The description of the band makes no sense in the context of this song. Are the other songs lounge music because this is Boss-style arena rock at its best.

  • even the lyrics alone for this song are so fucking powerful. I cannot wait until September 6th

  • Im gonna see them in Glasgow on the 30th sept Im 53 and these guys especially Brian make me feel young again

  • @stolencar100 That, sir, is awesome.

  • he needs to team up with tom gabel from against me..

  • brian fallon is this generations the boss dare i say fuckit .. even better!!! cool side project

  • Brian Fallon <3

  • Simply superb. Brian Fallon is unequivocally a feak a nature, an incredible amalgam of Bruce Spingsteen, Mike Ness, and Greg Dulli. It's so satisfying to realize that the current state of music is not so bad as to shun this extremely significant (read: essential) arist.

  • Just heard this on Kerrang. Awesome song.

  • From This Charming Man to The Gaslight Anthem and now The Horrible Crowes,i simply amazes me with all the dreck thats out there today in music, that Brian Fallon hasnt popped yet with one of these bands, the guy is the most talented songwriter ive seen in at least 20 years, and has the singularly most chilling, original voice ive heard, heres hoping that either through this band or The Gaslight Anthem, that he finally does it, oh and come to Philadelphia, definetly will be there Peace.

  • Brian is such a wordsmith, pens what men know to be true..

And it’s such a shame. I heard the wind say this morning.

Be still my heart. I age by years at the mention of your name.

What a pity this season. You remember me my lover.

I don’t recognize myself. I’m not the man you love.

Behold the hurricane. Behold the hurricane.

  • Beautiful Song. Invites to dream ...

  • im sitting in the middle of what has become tropical storm Irene...good time for some Horrible Crowes before my power goes out haha

  • @luckeynumber7 "Behold the tropical storm." doesn't really have the same ring, does it?

  • @lolswutt haha nah it really doesnt, but thats what i get for living in east-coast Canada not southern US

  • @luckeynumber7 Behold The Irene. i live in n.ireland so I've never experienced anything like that but I hope you were safe whilst listening to horrible crowes. :)

  • How appropriate.

  • i Love it...so amazing!!!!!!

  • absolute class everything he touches is gold

  • can't wait

  • i love Brian Fallons voice!
