  • dam you nice as shit

  • The Dark Eternal Night! Your A Great Drummer

  • What drum kit are you playing on? Sounds good.

  • You english is bad.

  • Your videos really helped me man. Thank you!

  • A DARK ETERNAL NIGHT <3

  • SON OF A BITCH!!! I had a 12" wuhan china that i scrapped at the recycling center. Got it off my friend and came with the drums i bought off him. I wish I would have kept it. Kick ass tutorial and nice chops and set!

  • Very interesting video.

Can you tell me about the method you used for cutting PAISTE 308 16" crash to 12", to make the second stack, that you mentioned in the first part of this video (3' 55").

What kind of tools did you use for that (scissors for metall, some drill stuff or something else)?

I believe that it would be interesting not just for me.

If you will answer this question with video (like this one), that would be awesome.

May be you will answer me on e-mail:

  • heeey ke wen video una pregunta que son los "washers"

  • or you cant put the one cymbal on top of the either...its really a personal preference. lol

  • fuck your English, your drumming did all the talking!!!!!

  • excellent!!!

  • Isn't that screws & nuts too heavy for a cymbal? Looks like the best still is aluminium rivets that kill the sound too much.

  • wow i have amini china that dont sound too great but i think this would make it sound like i want it :D

  • great video.

  • DUUUDE, you look like Paul Rodriguez

  • was that ''The Dark Eternal Night'' in the end?

  • can i make a stack without a china? i have 2 sabian crash cymbal cracked (12" each)....can i make something with 2 crashes?

  • Holy shit that drumming at the end blew me away. Sounds like dream theater

  • I make cymbal stacks with 2 cymbals. I put a 14" hi hat inside a 20" china, and it sounded completely different and cool.

  • 14 wuhan?

  • Man.. this is a 14 china???

  • i love how thers subtitles XD

  • xavi hernandez

  • This is amazing, those sound nice as shit. Don't get down on your english either, respect goes out that you even wanted to learn it to help teach how to make these. You have a gift man. Keep doin' your thing.

  • Why is the sound soo mono?

  • your english may be bad, but your drumming is damn good! :)

  • Just chuck em on!

  • is that dream theater?

  • Very nice, sounds fantastic. I'm surprised it sounds so much like the Max Stax given how different the design is.

  • what kinda bell are you using?

  • @MrStockholmz 6 inch LP

  • Thank you for the video. I think your cymbal sounds great. I may have to try this myself now.

  • hey man, short up your vid

  • GROUP X

  • MEESTER COKE!!!! AND ONE HAIF OF A QWARTER CHEEZE PLEEZE!!!!

  • @jtnoodle SC2?

  • @JeffrayFiset Group X- Mr. Coke

    YT it.

  • Hahahah Nice ending bro,it's like wanna hear it? boooooom dark eternal night blasting of the speakers heheheh well keep up the work

  • nice post dude ! have u try to combine splash and china cymbal?

  • i made one, do u think that using an old crappy brass cymbal for the washers would make it sound bad? because thats what i did and it doesnt sound the same as urs

  • @jackthedrummer96 The brass doesn't affect significantly the quality of the stack. What affect it though is the tightness of the Bolt/Screw assembly. If it's to tight, it doesn't resonate and if it's too loose, the attack is not "cutting" through the china sound. That's why it is really important to use "self locking nuts".

    Thanks for watching.

  • Does anybody know what song he was playing at the end?

  • @evilcarnies The Dark Eternal Night - Dream Theater, i think he mixed the song to play it, because its 2 different parts from the same song

  • @MegaTwilight5 Yeah you're right, it's in the sysdrumedley chaos video.

  • i cringed when i saw you drilling holes into it

  • dream theatre.?

  • i had a duplicate of a 18" crash i own, i made it into an ozone crash, sounds and looks super professional, now i will take the cut outs and attach them on my wuhan china and have a second custom cymbal as tamborine washers. your vidio was very helpful, thanks.

  • Bob Gatzen !!! his tuning videos are the best ....i have ever used

  • 2 questions 1 does the screwing only works on chinas and wat does the screwing doese to the cymble

  • @JeffrayFiset Do you think chinas of two varying sizes would sound good on top of each other as a stack?

  • @DXpac20 It depends on how many material enters in contact with eache other. And don't overtight the nut, you'll choke the sound they can produce.

As Bob Gatzen says: "if it sounds good to YOU, then it sounds good..."

  • lol my english is bad.......your english is sweet dude and your druming was cool too

  • Your english is better than 90% of the users on youtube.

  • good job drummer i try it =)

  • holy shit your an awsome drummer and your english is good

  • sweet!

  • the video is too longg...

  • ur a great fucking drummer!
