Hey have you tried a air machine yet? it might be that you have some type of indoor alergies and mabey you just don't know besides the cat like mabey dust? I like mine it realy helped me.

I finally worked out why my allergies have been so bad today... my idiot SO had opened the bedroom window during the night because he was too warm.

I haven't tried shots as generally speaking I can keep the allergies in check with antihistamines and steroidal nasal spray, but if it gets to the stage where I am suffering like I was today and not able to concentrate on anything then I will check that out, thanks.

Unfortunately for me no... I had to take a second dose of my antihistamines today to try and get the sneezing under control and I am still stuffed up and itching like crazy despite that.

Believe it or not it does... I eventually stopped sneezing around lunchtime although my mouth, throat and ears are still itching like crazy.
