. - Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. .in Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
Can you imagine for a second what may have happend if these 4 guys had got together as a group(like the Beatles for example)! It would have been dynamite! They each had there own unique talent that would've combined nicely. They did this sessoin in sun studios, imagine if they had done this live!!!! If only not for personal ego's!!!
@TheFarmerfitz it wasn't a planned thing man. they just all happened to be at sun records at teh same time and someone thought it'd be good to have a picture taken. then they thought while they were there they would just start jamming together.
I downloaded the million dollar quartet session it was good for something that was improvised for the first time I think this song was the best song on that album vocally and jerry singing harmony . Hearing this is a real treasure to hear these artist singing together especially singing gospel music thank you for posting this video ....
@dalesguy Carl Perkins and Johnny himself stated that he was there and did sing but he sung higher to blend in and he was a long way from the mic...they weren't the only ones there.
Sing it Elvis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it. Just like I remember the song being sung in my church in the 50's. Black church that is. Elvis had it going on..
I found the million dollar album on itunes and it is like I have found oil. It is a GREAT album and treasure. And this song is a favorite of mine and this is my favorite version of it.
Written by John T. Benton. This recording was done December 4, 1956 at Sun Records and is available on The Complete Million Dollar Quartet, which included Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Johnny Cash.
Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Elvis made absolutely beautiful music together. This is one of the very best performances on "The Million Dollar Quartet" CD. Gospel music is such very beautiful and peaceful music. I loved this video a whole lot, 10 Stars as always Jackie.
outstanding.

Titus 3:5
Eph. 2:8-9
MY PRAYER LORD JESUS,
Dear Jesus, I know I'm a sinner, I know my sins condemn me to HELL.
Please forgive me of my sins. I accept you right now as my savior to take me to HEAVEN when I die.
Dear lord, forgive me of my sins I confessed to thee, forgive the sins I yet can't see.
THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME AMEN!
MATTHEW 6:33
