  • You're pretty pathetic when someone has to come in and tell you, the adult how to separate your clothes to wash them.....that microwave....wow....talk about starting a fire...very nice home and they trash it.

  • If the house is this filthy with ONE toddler... well guess whats going to happen now with ONE BABY and ONE TODDLER...This is only going to get worse with time, wait till these little one's become pre-teens. I would appreciate it so much if people would just be honest and say "I don't want to do housework, I'm just a lazy sow"

  • OMG I am a stay at home single mom, I work from home and go to school as well as working a seasonal job and my house is CLEAN ALL THE TIME! Plus I have an extremely harry dog and I don't just leave his hair around when he sheds, how dare these people try and justify this fetted mess!

  • this is a child neglect and abuse!these people are disgusting!it's not a right place for children!it'snot a place for human person!

  • Comment removed

  • Some of these comments are so stupied. It is obvious that these people are either clinicly depressed or got some kind of autism/aspergers syndrom or adhd and need help organizing. They need more help then two tv women yelling at them to clean.

  • In most of these episodes there's one person in the house all day. WTF?

I work full time and attend lessons and my house is clean and tidy. Even when I had two jobs it still was clean. And I'm NOT an obsessive cleaner!

These people's problem is plain old laziness.

  • lol

  • lazy women.

  • Greasy hair and nasty teeth, the lot of them...no wonder the house is such a sty!

  • I'm sorry, but I think she is just lazy and he is no help. I had 3 kids and kept a clean house. She can't even throw away a dirty diaper!

  • "i have to care for the little one, no time for cleaning" what a load of crap! my husband works 12 hour shifts 5 days a week, he leaves at 7am and gets home at around 8pm. i take care of our two little ones aged 4 and 1 and let me tell you my house is so clean is not funny! I care for my childrena dn their health! living in these conditions can't be healthy for a child! I can see you love your little girl, so get off your butt and start cleaning before she gets sick!

  • Any time I feel like sitting around instead of cleaning, I watch an episode of how clean is your house and panic myself in to getting off my ass. My house is always clean, but the fear of it getting to this point really propels me. Can you imagine living like this? christ.

  • They say "I don't know where to start." How about the kitchen? A freshly scrubbed sink always gets me enthused about cleaning...

  • omg, excuses, excuses. These people have ONE child, and the mom doesn't work. It's not as if all day she has to constantly be staring at the kid. And don't give me that crap about "I don't know what size I'll be when I have the baby." You can neatly fold up the clothes in the meantime. These people are slobs. The end.

  • @vivsters96 I think it's mainly the wife that's lazy. Her husband works until 8:30 at night for heavens sake, he shouldn't have to come home and be expected to clean....Gimme a break!

  • Every person featured on this show is just suffering from pure laziness

  • How can anyone get in the "mood" to make another baby?

  • @mrsmilo I was just thinking the same thing!

  • I am 12,and I can do laundry! I swear, the people on here sound as if they have never lifted a finger in their life! And I`m also tired of all the excuses they throw at people, please! When you watch this show that is all they do, and you wind up rolling your eyes like Kim did at 6:50 ! I feel so sorry for this child, I hope it`s better there!

  • If she can't handle maintaining a home with one child, then why is she having another?

  • What a lovely home, brand new kitchen! I can't stand it when people don't appreciate what they have! How on earth can you put a toddler to this risk? My mother had two kids at home, spent quality time with us, cooked every day and our house was always clean. One toddler is not the end of the world love

  • So aside from that whole child endangerment thing from having the kid live in such a filthy environment, did the parents/friends of this couple ever think, "Gee, they have a baby and another one on the way, maybe we could help them clean up a bit if they're having such a hard time!" But seriously, people who can't even deal with the responsibility of keeping a clean house should not be allowed the even bigger responsibility of having a baby. Ugh.

  • And to think, babies put EVERYTHING in their mouth. Imagine, all those choking hazards across the floor. And how would you teach your babe to stand and walk when there is no floor? I wonder how many other people try to raise children in homes like this one across the country.

  • I love the faces Aggie makes.

  • ok, total cuteness with the child helping. :)

  • Every episode of this show makes my nose itch and my skin crawl.

  • The baby is responsible for that mess? Wow, that's one powerful child! Once her brother or sister comes along, I guess they'll create a filth vortex that will swallow most of England.

I *really* hate it when parents blame their children for their own failings.

  • LOL @ 6:50 when she starts making excuses about the laundry, Kim just keeps rolling her eyes. xDDD

  • FAIL! One of the most important aspects of being a good parent is modeling healthy behaviours for your child, they seem so ignorant to the harm they have caused and could potentially cause to that beautiful baby girl. Also of course they have to watch her even more than any other normal toddler because she doesn't have a safe, clean place to play and explore at home. I would not even let my child out of my arms to walk the floor if we were in that hovel! Just Shameful!

  • She's pregnant???!!! How can you get your groove on in that dump!

  • Having a little one and being pregnant is definitely a lot to handle already, but housework has to be done. She should ask for help if she needs it.

  • Well, they are gross, but their little girl is a doll.

  • with one baby? so easy to keep clean! i have 3 boys under the age of 5 and you know what? my house is clean! it's not that hard!

  • get a life woman!!!! the baby is the problem?? how can you put your baby in that house?? it's desgusting. They are both disgusting! no excuse in the world to treat your home that way, it's embarassing, shame on youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

  • "I have the little one to take care of so housework has to take a back seat"

Whaaat? That's insane! Lamest excuse EVER. Taking care of your child's environment is a very important part of taking care of your child. That woman is just LAZY

  • She didn't get pregnant in that house!!! There's no space for any lovemaking!!!

  • poor babies have to live in their mother's filthy house.

  • Lazy Lazy Lazy.... But everyone nowadays has some sort of problem, whether it's being lazy, jealous, dysfunctional, ect. ect. its a television show for entertainment.. And some really good cleaning supply tips. I love the home remedies they come up with!!! I don't understand how people take this show to the extremes and bitch about it. Don't watch it!!

  • That little girl is so precious!

  • She said she's raising a little one so housework has to take a back seat... come on woman!! Raise your child in a clean and safe environment. Lazy!!

  • OMG these people have raised a baby in this filth? Shameful.

  • I'm absolutely betwixed and betwattled.

  • These people don't deserve such a beautiful house. Not fair!

  • the baby does sleep. we always have time to clean up. thewres no freaken excuse

  • not scratchin the surface....thats coz ur not doing ANYTHING ididots

  • mould on the pillows.....what the f..k

  • a BIT of a dumpi ground HA HA HA HA! more like the town skip.......

  • the fan....oh my god!

  • how can they let a small child live in that, she mite get ill from just touchin anythin. and as for her saying because of the kid i know ppl who have more than 3 kids and have an imaculate house. they just lazy idiots

  • listen to the thump hahahaha! these two r so funny.

  • keeping a house clean with a baby can be a big task... but it should not be THAT bad O_O

  • maybe the time she spends buying all that stuff she obviously does she could put into tidying away the stuff she already has.

  • "What are you doing in this mess?" "looking after a toddler?!"Damn! Some countries they would take the toddler away from you, because it doesn't look like you can look after yourselves yet! It's gotta be a mental illness or something!

  • Yes, this is environmental neglect. four baskets of clothes and tons everywhere else in the home? both of the in-laws say, poor girl. Damn! if she is that bad off, you guys take turns either cleaning with her or taking the baby for a few hours so she can clean. I suspect that they are on the show because they feared that after the child was born, when the nurse made a home visit she would report them for having a dangerous environment.

  • jesus christ!..and these ppl are breeding too?

  • my partner and I have been trying for ages to get our first house and with no luck.... it really makes me angry to know that there are people out there who have it and they treat it like this.... i mean it really upsets me they probably dont even know how hard it is now to get a place of your own to live in and they treat their house like a trash can like they dont even care at all...

  • your both to bloody blame!!!!!!! excuses.....

  • Time to shag and make kids but no time to clean. Disgusting! Slobs

  • theyve got time to have sex n make babies but no time to CLEAN???? Ridiculous...

  • I don't believe this family!! So he works and she stays at home at looks after their child. So why can she not do the housework??? Bloody lazy small minded woman!!

I am 21. I am a single mum to a 3 year old boy AND I work 3 days a week, and go to colleg 2 days a week and my house is spotless! I can't stand to even see clothes lying around. And even though I work, and keep my house going I still have pleanty of time to spend quality time for my son. People like this discust me!!

  • @Dieselx08 disgust* seems like 2 days a week isnt enough ^^.

I am sorry to be like this but there are some people that have psychological problems or similair. i am not saying its not they r fault, but plz be a little big more..careful how you phrase a sentence to describe someone. You never know what could happen to you and you will be happy to have people support you when noone else understand..

ps. However congratulations, i think you are doing a great job!

  • children could get very ill .because they are to lazy to clean .and she's having another baby .feel sorry for the children....

  • okay, that part in the bedroom, I admit that my cat and I both shed a lot, but at least I vaccume once in a while!

  • How can people live like this? Disgusting environment to have children in!

  • shes home all day abd doesnt clean?! sick!!

  • What amazes me is that I have been to England, these houses are usually very expensive and worth some serious money, WHY do these people not take care of the homes they are so fortunate to be living in ????

  • fucking stinkin discusting tramps...what an embarrassment

  • Comment removed

  • What a pair of lazy bastards. And that woman is pathetic. There are some people who have their first child and still manage to clean their houses. All that piffle about ooooo i have a child and i cant find the time to clean. Just excuses. Stinky lazy filthy twats! I have crohns disease and im really ill but i still manage to clean my house and keep it tidy. Dont matter how sick I am, if im vomiting, i still clean!

  • hhahah..cleaning takes the backseat, but fucking is always on the front seat.

  • i hate it when i see people on this show with really small children. they kids crawl on the floor, put everything and anything in their mouths. they should be ashamed. its a wonder their kids just don't die from being poisoned or something.

  • ...at least they'll have REALLY strong immune system...

  • poor kids

  • The last thing he wants to do when he comes home.. oh, boo hoo!!!!!

  • This sounds like why you either castrate people or make them take a parenting class, just as a driver's class before driving.

  • omg!!! what kind of mom is that .... what a deadly environment a child be livin in

  • That little girl is so cute!

  • Interesting that she says she doesn't have time to keep the house clean and take care of the toddler. My mom did both and also worked outside of the home. These people are so pathetic. They have no business having another child.

  • EXACTLY!! I have always worked and taken care of my daughter, and have been divorced for six years. I have ALWAYS been able to do enough housework to make my house presentable. SHE IS LAZY! And I don't care how much he works, he can help, too.

  • Starry eyes.. ha !My mother HAD THREE KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF THREE and used CLOTH diapers.. that's work. People are absolute slob 'huggies', huh?

  • So true hell my mum did the same thing with cloth nappies and never did the house got into that state. its apauling ¬x¬

  • how can they even have sex in that bed it looks like if you lay in it too long mold starts to grow on you!

  • these people are blowing my mind. They say that they don't have time to clean since they are raising a toddler. What a load of crap, I (like many other people) am working full time, going to school and raising a toddler on my own!! they should just admit that they are just to lazy, at least that way they wouldn't appear to be so stupid!

  • she said,"im dreading bringing another child into this filth" uummm, why dont you just clean your house before the baby arrives(like you should have before the first one had)and it wouldnt be such a big deal. Its pretty lame that she would say that she was scared to bring another child into the mess and it still has not came clear to them that they need to clean it.

  • Social workers should get in there to they have a young child and are living in that.

  • I agree, but who would ever go around to see the mess and know to report it? I bet they never had any guests over in a place like that.

  • They don't have time to clean but they do have time to conceive that child... takes just as much effort.

  • U got to be so lazy to be home all day and not do anything to clean your house and pretty dirty too! I mean you have a kid, take care of her and her health!!!

  • how hard is it to just toss the diapers into a diaper genie or something?? I am lazy but damn what the deuce?

  • My goodness, I understand children are a lot of work but she is home all day and I'm sure her daughter takes naps. The key is to not hoard so much clutter!

  • "The key is to not hoard so much clutter!" - so very extremely true. And I can tell you this from personal experience. My Mom used to keep an immaculate, clean home, but when her and my Dad started having marital problems, she became depressed and began to lose interest in housework. Me and my two sisters still did our household chores, but "Mother's touch" was gone, and our place went from being super clean and tidy..

  • to being vacuumed once a week, dishes done every night, bathrooms cleaned once they got dirty and not before that, and our rooms were also vacummed once weekly, but we'd put our clothes away 50% of the time, and the living room and dining room (which was never used except for special occasions) was never dusted. And then my Mom became a shopaholic, and more clutter built up along with her depression. The birth of her first grandchild changed everything for her.

  • She started to take an interest in life again. She began to take an interest in her house, and convinced my Dad to hire a cleaning lady to come once a week and then persuaded him to do some minor renovations. Since that time, she is no longer living in piles of clutter, and within 4 years changed completely. Books like "Organize Your Life" by Julie Morgenstern are very helpful, and if anyone out there needs some helpful tips, it's a great book. One of the things she said that stuck in my mind..

  • is that one of the things that stood out for her when dealing with her clients (she now has a business helping people organize their lives) is that they have no concept of time. So they don't know how long things take to do, think they have oodles or hours in a given day to do something etc. Like the space in a container, a day can only hold so much. I love the parts in this show where Kim & Aggie show the people how little time it takes to do household chores, because..

  • people whose homes are like this also don't know how long chores take, and think they take far longer than they actually do. Anyway sorry for rambling here! All the best to you all. :)

  • travelleronthisearth : Thank u for your comments. It was really nice to read them. :)

  • they say having a toddler to look after stops them from cleaning??? bet that house was like that way before she was born, what was their excuse then?

  • I can't believe they're claiming that they haven't got time to clean b/c of a single toddler. Like the rest of us with clean houses are putting dusting before family. Gimme a break.

  • why have 2 kids if you're only home when they sleep??

  • They brought a newborn into that filth..."5 years worth of dirt". sigh....
