It's not that hard you just gotta work with your team and help the commander it's fairly simple just get like, oh, lvl 16 or so put on a silencer for your soldier then you can see your target since there will be less flash you have to be lvl 16 on solder though

This game looks fun, I will prolly buy it. However, saying things like 'this is only beta, so things might be different when the game actually comes out' is old. 2012is nearly here, we're all used to bugs, glitches, crashes and balance issues in games upon their release. Don't say 'this is only beta' we all know those 'beta quirks' are not getting fixed. Even Blizzard's SC2 still matches random teams vs arranged teams, although everybody was sure it was just a 'beta thing'.

@Mirelkooo no, the whole point is that nuclear dawn is NOT just an FPS. The commander plays from an RTS perspective, seeing the map from on top and telling the online players (who are playing FPS) where to go, what to capture, where the weakpoints in the enemy's structure are, and also deciding how to build and manage the extremely complex system of turrets, resources and MANY other buildings AND where they should be put.

This does look like a good game, at least a very good concept of mixing RTS and FPS at the same time. Playing other RTS games like TC: End War I thought it would be cool if there was a mix of both types of gamers in one game; ie the Commander and then the troops that gather the intel/resources. I am thinking this game will only get better from Beta.

turrets are perfect the way they are. the game is all about team work, so you need people to play as seige to blow them up or engineers to use emp grenades.

And they are still planning on xbox 360, but that is for later after the pc version is improved and released

I don't know if you want to nerf those turrets too much, though. Perhaps, restrict their movement a bit (not their lock-on speed; see Brink), and maybe add some skills/perks (class-based maybe) that can neutralize them to varying degrees and in different ways or something.

More tips:

The poison gas grenade is INSANELY overpowered. Throw it into a group and watch the kills stack up.

You can't be invis while capping a point. (saw you do that on the mid point at one time)

The grenade launcher for the assault makes short work of turrets.

Turrets have more health than their power sources. Destroy the power source and all the turrets around the area shut down.

As a stealth sneak into the enemy base and assassinate their commander. He can't build while he's dead.

Here's a few tips:

As an assault you completely counter a stealth person using your thermal, press F to turn it on and use it to dominate those pesky invis-snipers.

EMP grenades as a support shut down any building in it's range. Use it to get around turrets.

Get your commander to research siege weapons early, turrets are no problem once they're researched.

Your armblades as an assassin is an instant-kill on anyone from behind (if it works...) they need to make the hitboxes bigger on EXO's.

The Support Engineer kits have EMP grenades which temporarily shuts down any structure within proximity of the blast. Just FYI :)
