  • Fjällräven sälka on left?

  • cool .....

  • Funny comments on why a windy spot was picked and why not move somewhere else. FYI: the weather can change very quickly and the wind can turn. In such winds you do not want to try to realign the tent. I also have a lot of faith in my Hilleberg (Nammatj). Great tents.

  • ...and why were you there in the first place?!

  • @chauntzu

because its fun facing the weather elements, jeez what a dumb question, go back to your pussy hotel hahaha

  • That´s really windy :) You got to love Hilleberg...

  • shit det mycket vind!!!

  • now THAT is windy :)

  • why did you put the broadside against the wind?

  • wow - look at those tent poles bend! This clip gives me faith in my new Hilleberg Nallo - thanks!

  • I just got a Hilleberg Keron 4 GT. It looks like that one is holding up ok even though it is getting T-boned by the wind.

  • Jag längtar till vintern.

    Härligt!

Fan det blåser som när jag var i Tarfala ett år :-)

  • Underbart! ( Lovely! )

  • Sick and awesome, it's quite expensive that winter trekking...

  • I have zero experience in doing... whatever you do :), but why did you put the tents there, and not try to get cover from the wind e.g. by the mountain side? It doesn't seem that far away.

(Whatever reason, I admire what you are doing)

  • Very nice! Where in Sweden is that exactly? Will be around Kvikkjokk in 2 weeks. I hope that my Nallo 2 hasn't to face such a weather...

  • hilleberg-tent-club in action? nice!

  • Is it possible to cook or have a fire in that condition?

  • Yeah, we use special stoves that runs on different kinds of liquid fuel! It actually works really well!

  • Those are expedition tents, I've got myself a 4season expedition tent. Those gusts must be near 80mph+ if it's bending that MSR

  • you broke no tent poles on the big red hilleberg?

  • Yes, one day before when the wind was even stonger, we broke poles on the several tents and also on Hilleberg.

  • is this in the summer?

  • Yes, in July 2006

  • What? This cant be in Sweden during summer?

  • @deeegerluuund Why couldnt it be?

  • @deeegerluuund to the north far up in the mountains it's always snowy.
