  • my body clock is stuffed up, during the day till 5 o clock pm is like im still sleeping, i go training during the day and i can't function at my best.. how do i change my body clock back to normal

  • CONT'D: I guess part of it is genes. My dad and sister aren't morning people either. I wish there was a better way to make me more naturally calm at 10:30 pm, so I can get up at 7:45 and not feel drowsy at 3:00 in the afternoon

  • Lately, because I have been on hiatus from work, I awake every morning at 10:00 or 11:00 AM. I have tried the tips I've heard to synchronize your circadian rhythm to a schedule you want. I wanted to wake up every morning at 7:45. I took a melatonin tablet six hours before bedtime and it really helped. When I woke up at 7:45, I spent 20 minutes in the morning sun which helped. However, 2 days later I couldn't get out of bed until 11:00. continued...
