whe i saw this i brust out in tears. i felt what he felt. you gotta understand that its is when 911 happended. hes from newyork, and something in his life probabaly happended. all that emotion in his life bulided up on stage and it just came out. i pray that he was crying for real. maybe he lost someone you never know. i hope that some ask him what emaotion was he feeling that day when he cried on stage. This was an emotional moment for everyone being that the US has never had a terrorist attack as destructive as that. This was his 2nd or 3rd show on his new tour at the time. The tour kicked off in NYC and Maxwell just left town right before the buildings crashed. How lucky Max and his crew was to make to ATL safely being that he lives in Manhattan! Greater amount of emotion for him I'm sure. You're not alone though it wasn't many people not crying especially when there was a moment of silence.
