  • resistance is not resistance. that alone will not get u a chest like him. as u can see at the end of tha video he is doing an advanced dip which most likely helped him acheive that chest. push ups are great but if your looking for mass then you need weights. my best friend and i bodybuild and he just joined tha marines. he began training without weights so he could keep up when he goes to basic and it caused him to lose a lot of chest size. Great video though man. keep it up

  • Guys, do not forget that only 30% of muscle development and the physical effort, is the other 70% are food and rest. This training and very good, but there will only be fact depending on you!

  • Pushups are great for you especially shoulders and triceps but to get a chest like he has most would have to do pushups with the right diet for many years. I do modified pushups twice a week for some killer tricep isolation right now but the bench press is still by far the best mass builder.

  • This would absolutely work. I've met a lot of military dudes who have massive chests and arms. All they did was push-ups and pull-ups. Resistance is resistance.

  • @officialbarstarzz can you guys do a video giving information on what an entire workout would consist of? for example if you trained for an hour, what would you start/warm up, and finish with, what would you focus on for different days, excersizes sets, reps, etc. im not switching from body building(weightlifting) to calisthenics until i have an idea of what my daily/weekely workout plan might be :)

  • @SirenzMali2 wow your fit :) but i've got a friend who started working out alot like ALOT when he was 11 or 13... but now he is really short but SUPER FIT for his age which is currently 22 i think.... so im not sure if that'll will happen when you are already in the cycle of puberty but i think there's no need to go to the Extreme limits just above average :)

  • there will be point where you will need to use weights to build muscle, simply doing more reps won't grow your muscles (whether its the muscle up, pullups, dips and those other fancy acrobat) , you gotta put your real strength to the test, by posting a video of you doing overhead barbell press, and bench press or bottoms up bench press, and the deadlift/squat, @ 1 rep max, if you can overhead press over 200lbs, benchpress 285+, deadlift and squat over 400lbs, that's strength

  • you get such a good pump from doing the wide single pressups (the last one of the 4)

  • Im 16 years old and im training alot this year. I can do Diamond,normal,wide 7 times each without stopping, like in the vid, but i cant do a single side push up.   • If you want to work on your upper chest sometimes just put your feet on a moderately elevated object like a bench a do push-ups like that :]

  • @FlyLiiikeMe Let me recommend purchasing the "Power Gym", which is a one piece bar that you can hang on your door or place on the floor to do many upper body workouts, including arms. Hope I helped!

  • @coolboy24ify Thank you, we cover that on our dvd. It will take you from not being able to perform one pull up, to being able to muscle up. Check it out.

  • @OfficialBarstarzz can you link me to them cause in the vids I've seen his not doing any, what I've seen is him using full body momentum to get up and over the bar with no focus on using the lat muscles

  • @ProfessaKA0S 31 pull ups video on our facebook page under the tittle "Ed Money" and if you look at the video "Very High Intensity Workout" you see a form of strict muscle ups where there is no momentum being used. I will be uploading a one arm pull up video later this month or early next month. But at the very end of the day you can upload a video with your best pull ups and ill put up one beating that.   • @OfficialBarstarzz Nice they were some proper pullups. The Swedish guy had some good ones also. I'm having trouble finding the other video "Very High Intensity Workout" since the only way I can read the labels of the video's is to put my mouse pointer on the clips image and wait for it to pop up which I didn't really have the patience for.

    If I could compete with you guys I would definitely post a video but at 112kg it would be quite an achievement to do 31+ pullups in a row.

  • 1st you need very very strong arms before you will able to perform that chest workout.

  • @arth89 um, not really. If your watching this you should b able to do pushups. its a really basic workout, you dont have to do as many reps as he is doing. Just work your way up.
