    Dont listen to these unlifting fuckers. I assume you eat 3 times a day (correct me if im wrong). You need about 40gs of protein a meal for now.

    I have NEVER been fat and i have NEVER "bulked up" (a fancy word for becoming a fat fuck).

    I cant persuade you, but i can tell you that I have done everything when it comes to lifting and i can give you the truths about it.

  • Are you eating enough to produce muscle mass? Getting 2-3 grams of carbs and 1 gram of protein per body pound plus an adequate amount of good fats?

    I am asking because your fat level is very low for a 6 months weight gaining program. Remember 70% of your body is diet and the rest is the gym.

  • ey broski for chest do dumbell flies and press. trust me they will do wonders for your chest. Dumbell works you more than bench

  • dude you really have to workout your triceps more and your chest cuz you have biceps but when your not flexing you look like a stick no offence. i suggest you do alot of dips which is wat i do for triceps and do alot of benchpress for your chest. in about 18 weeks i grew from 10in arms to 12 and a half. and i weigh as much as you but im 5 feet 5 and 15 years old and i bench 205lbs. so just work on dips and benchpress for a while and you should be good.

  • Check it out. If you want to bulk up increase the amount of food you eat mostly protein.gain like 30 pounds work it off and turn that fat into muscle thats what i did. HUGE difference.

  • Hey bud- looking good & doing a great job. Listen up, your right latissimus dorsi is growing leaps over your left. I just watched the 1st vid and i looks like you were born that way. No problem, it's totally fixable. Concentrate on your form, man. Your weak side should be feeing more burn that your strong side when you're done. Your weak side should be working harder do do the same amount of work as your strong side. Don't grow lopsided.

  • dude you seriously have like little to no tricep:l, nice biceps but you use your triceps more than your biceps and they also make your arms look nicer when your not flexing, you should work out those man

  • @Brandeno2121 Thanks for the comment...ive been working on my triceps more in the last few months but they're definitely harder for me to build up compared to my biceps but I'll get there soon! and I agree, having more defined triceps makes the arm look nicer when not flexed

  • What you eat makes 60 % of Bodybuilding. Training is the other 40 %. How often do you train a week ? I do 2-3 times (muscles need minimum 48 hours to regenerate) and after 4 weeks i always make 1 week regeneration (only cardio training). Don't believe that you just have to eat a lot of protein. it still needs a lot more carbonhydrate and a little fat. I'm 1 m 82 cm (nearly 6 ft) with about 76 kg (152 lbs).

  • god damned! you take protein after gym!!! at the morning you must eat Carbonhydrate with little sugar and protein. for lunch some meat with vegetables. before you go to gim you eat some carbonhydrate (banana or something like that). after training of course proteinshake and fish or something like that. no carbonhydrate. of course you don't have to do it exact that way. but that will help. 2 proteinshake a day will be enough :D. Or do you (wanna) look like Arnold Schwarzenegger ?

  • mate im like you i have a very fast matabalism but you should still be gaining. try a high cal shake for breakfast. i have whey protein in the morning mixed with 1 banana spoon of peanut butter 100g porridge oats and 5g creatine and thats just my shake. i have 2 slices of brown grannary toast with a spread of olive oil and 2 boiled eggs. all that is just my breakfast. and then every 2-3 hrs i eat alot of chicken,steak,fish along with rice,pasta,sweet potatoes and alot of veg

  • you have the same problem as me: thin bone and body constitution. you can grow the muscles, but shoulders, elbows, wrists... always the same size, so I sometimes feel dissapointed not having herculean iron arms despite the muscles... keep working and your mood up!! ;)

  • ya its a pretty tough problem. i found a good forearm workout and it is making them bigger, however i think that it just makes my wrists look smaller...and from all the advice ive gotten, i really noticed that my shoulders were lacking so ive been working them a lot too and im actually starting to see some definition...ive been trying to gain weight the past few months and this is even harder! two-three 500 calorie protein drinks every day for two months and no weight gain yet...........

  • yeah, me too, but my exercise routine is a disaster, with study and work... the problem in my case is that all the weight goes to the abdomen, and my arms always with thin skin.

    making anaerobial exercise makes the body burn calories, that's why it's so difficult to gain weight. but not only protein drinks is what you hace to add to the diet, I think (perhaps more experienced people could give better avise).

  • @MuscleBoy1122 The calorie/protein drinks are in addition to uppin my calorie intake through foods. we eat A LOT of rice and chicken and salmon, all mostly cooked with olive oil and such. I think its still my metabolism burning everything off. i usually loose 3-5 pounds overnight

  • you have to be consistent. here's an example day:

    Breakfast- 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal/cereal w/ fruit

    Snack 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp miracle whip, 1 can of tuna, 1 apple

    Lunch 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1 banana

    Snack 1 cup of milk, 1 pear and 1 oz. of unsalted nuts

    Dinner 8 ounces of grilled chicken or fish, 1 cup of brown rice, 1 tbsp olive oil

    Snack 1 cup of milk, 1 banana, 1 oz unsalted nuts

  • @dougbigjog proteins are importante I agree but Dont Abuse egs cuz it countain a lot of Cholesterol well it actually a good source of proteins 2 egs for breakfast should be Ok :P

  • now only the yolk contains the cholesterol as well as the fat, the whites contain more protein and neither cholesterol or fats but MuscleBoy1122 doesn't seem to have a whole lot of fat on him so it wouldnt hurt. also if youre eating oatmeal or maybe cheerios w/ fruit you can basically cancel the cholesterol out cause these things help w/ that

  • yo i have the same problem! im a stick! I decided im tired of being 18 at 6 ft 2 and 144 lbs i went to the doctor and they said it would be in the best interest for my health to gain at least ten lbs. So i said ten why stop there? i made it my goal to get to 175 by April (i started in Jan) So far so good. To gain weight you have to eat every two to three hours. Dont skip cause if you do congrats you lost a lb! eat healthy. Tons of fruits and veggies cause your gunna need to take some major shits

  • next get the protein you need. This task may seem daunting but if you drink 4-5 glasses of milk a day and two protein shakes (average about 30 grams of protein) your already at 100 grams. Then throw some chicken in there and bread or pasta and you easily got your body weight in protein! im only one month in but ive gained 14lbs! im not fat either its mostly muscle! you can do it man! you gotta be consistent and eat right before bed and when you first wake up.

  • wow 3000 calories.. your metabolism must be freaken fast for sure!.. but its a good thing too... you'll be more like a Bruce Lee type of body.. very lean but very strong.. I've seen some guys weighting like 140 pounds and benching about 225

  • it seems to me that your muscles are getting more defined but not bigger (except maybe for your biceps)... I dont want to criticize you. You must be doing good things to increase your bicep size, but I wonder if you have the right nutrition for muscle gain.. you don't seem to gain much weight from what I've seen in your other 4 month and 5 month video...

    I've been training for about 1 month and a half in muscle gain and I've gained 10.5 pounds.. (half of it must be fat though lol!)..

  • yes, i have noticed this too. my weight is staying the same but it is nearly impossible for me to gain weight right now because my metabolism is so fast. it sucks because i eat around 3000 calories a day too

  • You mentioned in one of the comments on your other video that you run alot and you're in cross country. That's probably the reason why you're not gaining any weight.

  • surprisingly not that much weight. i use about 70 lbs on a bench bar to do curls. its really not that much about the weight, as it is the technique and amount of repetition. complete the workout nice and slow with fluid movements and a steady pace and you will see major improvements. as for benching, i bench 135 lbs on a regular basis
