My feeling was opposite of what you said, when I turned it off, I found peace, restfulness, and relaxation. When you asked me to turn it back on, it tightened up specifically at my heart, with a mild sense of tension and stress...how would you interpret this?
good, yet know the subconscious doesn't register abstracts like don't. therefore, it hears 'i have a guidance system' that's why you tell a child "always hold the swing tight instead of dont fall off the swing. it almost guarantees the child slipping off it. I suggest instead something like. i am a person with no guidance system.
this video has thus confirmed my intuitions about said feelings. Like when im in a situation, and my plexus flutters, i know things are aligned and going perfectly, if otherwise, I know I must realign my thoughts to get the flutter so as to get back into the flow of experience. Just study your bodily sensation more often and more carefully, youll discover your own system if this doesnt make sense. trial and error and you will get results.
You so got it right. Follow your flutter and it is in studying your body sensations, which are different then emotions, as guidance. You can learn the language of your body sensations so you can have your own deep sense of knowing that you are on the path you are intended to be on. Thanks for posting.

Though I felt nothing while doing the meditation, I'd like to believe it helps others. So thanks for posting.

oh, yeah, it's important to focus!
There is no mind. There is no you.
There is only one and "we" are not it.
