Actually, it's not illegal to own foxes in the US. Only in certain states. Fennecs can be allowed to be kept as an exotic pet whereas a red fox can't in some states. It all depends where you're at.

Yes. Their mother died. They were ~1 hour old when adopted, 6 months old by the end of the clips.
