Since the government and the security forces have fail at enforcing the law… Why not form vigilante groups with binoculars etc to take control of things… How else do you perceive this stupid ad???

Poor use of funds, Video is pointless&does more harm than good. Ur competitor has a service that allows customers (for a week) to call free & text free for the same amount it costs to have a "free night" with digicel. U won't have pre-paid free nights every night unless u top up everyday so using free nights 2 "watch over the community" is impractical & considering ur competitors have a cheaper rate for a better free nights product only 100$ (lime) I am not moved as you guys are falling behind.
