i use to have a hard time drawing without a tablet. But when my tablet wouldn't work anymore i stopped drawing on ms paint. i started practicing on the mouse and i took me a while to get use to it but i managed. and now i draw my anime with a mouse now that im so use to it.
Instead of Gimp you should just get sai paint tool lol it's like ms paint kinda but better :D your lines won't come out ugly and pixelated like on paint :/

Omg thats really hard on paint but you did it great! I recommend you to download gimp, thats great for drawing anime!
