I cant get my stock 750 over 130. Not that I really care to anyway, but it needs to be re-geared as it really starts to wind out at that speed. I love these bikes cause they still have a little power, but accommodate someone my size.

I have a 03 750 katana i love it!..they have the older gsxr motors in em, tweak em right and you can fly!

i have one of these and it says top speed is 137mph, i have had it red lining at 155mph... is my speedo wrong? or is does it really go 135??? (i am 5'10" and 120lbs) idk if that makes a difference...

come to find out, my katana 750 was ported polished and jetted, and i got a full exhaust on it, so MAYBE just maybe the speedo is not lieing, i am not sure but i have had it sitting at 160mph on the speedo many times... so it must be WAY off... idk, i will get my freind with his r1 to pace me to see whats really up...

katana's have speedometers that are (by factory) about 5% higher than they are actually going ... this is stock on a lot of bikes, try getting a speedohealer to fix it ..

i have a KAT i have changed the gear ratio several times once i did a high ratio first gear took me to 80mph second took me to 110 third took me to 165 then wind resistance kept me from going any faster
