  • I have only one dumbbell, can I just use it like first 30 on my left and then 30 on my right or I need to do it both the same time?

  • @lgnstk123 Plus you only 12 lol I was way bigger than what I am now when I was 12 and when I got my freshman year of high school last year..I started losing weight and I was growing taller and because where I live at Georgia band is the crap he has us running doing push ups all the time caused me to drop like crazy..you will lost it eventually in high school. Do a sport or something.

  • @lgnstk123 Do cardio/running; sweat everyday. And go on a cereal diet. Replace meals with ceral or salad and sweat everyday and you'll lose that fat quickly.
