  • How manny people die? I graduated high school in 2011 why haven't i heard about this?

  • @madtownJOE2 i agree me neither...i also graduated in 2011. I have not learned of the tank man. I think this is an interesting topic especially since i was looking up SOPA and PIPA act. yeah...this is quite interesting...

  • funny story for an army with such a name

    PEOPLES.LIBERATION.ARMY

  • Army at the behest of monsters

  • what is the original name of this documentary, who is the director, and in what year was made? I really want cuban people to be able to see this.

  • it might be my imagination, but i can sort of see the insecurity in the soldiers at 02:55

  • What is really bad, our county attacks free countries like Libya, you believed their lies. If the Libyan people were treated badly and that is why we attacked them, then what about China? China is free to do what they want to their people and we stay out of it. Are we really playing the good guys?? Intelligence says we are the bad guys.

  • @MARIJUANA41011 Well, at least this country's not a communist dictatorship, like some places.

  • @MARIJUANA41011 And besides, Libya wants us dead, while China just wants us to pay them. We keep a lot of our industry in China, and if we invaded, global economy would die. Forget about drop, the economy would die.

  • Thank God our army chose not to fire at our protests during the Egyptian revolution and sided with us against Hosni Mubarak's regime, it kinda sucks that this hadn't in China during their 1989 uprising

  • lol look at that guy over there ----->

  • China is owned by Umbrella

  • "Quantity has a quality all its own." Joseph Stalin

Never forget those words when your out there fighting for your freedom people, a unified and aware public can crush any government force no matter how fearsome they may be. The greatest weapon obtainable by man is not any human made weapon but our minds, self dedication, and our will to fight for the future even if you do not get the chance to see it!

  • post these videos in facebook, share them and tell the people about this terrible incident, the chinese still need your help!

  • May God help these chinese people gain freedom.

  • @fabyan17 fuck you

  • @fabyan17

    God?

  • @fabyan17 god? really? us chinese people are Buddhist and believe in spiritual enlightenment of spirits and after life different from god which also have people worshiping satan and all that illuminati bullshit

  • @fabyan17

Indeed, god help us. But a FUN FACT:

DId you know that the current generation of chinese don't want freedom, they have become slaves in a sense.

    NO OFFENCE INTENDED TO ANYONE!

  • @alllatetoofool is it that they don't want freedom or that they don't want another massacre.

  • Those soldiers were probably told that if they didn't cooperate, something bad would happen to them or their families. I bet that they were dying inside. :(

  • No wonder You Tube is banned in China. No one in china's government wants the chinese people today to see this.

  • @2RayneR7

The same censorship can take place in US if the SOPA bill is passed.

  • does the chinese government still block access to information like this in current china?

  • So throwing rocks and firebombs makes you an innocent person? I am not saying that anyone should have been gunned down, but do not hide behind the "innocent" defense.

  • God, I hate communists...

  • fucking ridicilous that chinese people still don't have the same rights as western european countries.. protesters go 'missing', in other words killed or tortured, there's no freedom of speech or press of any kind... everything is written under complete controll of those government bitches. chinese people aren't even allowed to freely use youtube or google WTF, this is the fucking 21st century :S give those people the rights they deserve

  • @ditisvreemd haha you think Russia has rights??LMAO.Russia is a mafia country and kill their own ppl.

  • @beshnola that's why i said WESTERN european countries and not just 'european' countries, to prevent reactions like yours. next time, read please :)

  • @ditisvreemd Russia is considered part of western Europe too.Go look at the map.

  • @ditisvreemd this has happened in Germany, Russia and many of your white countries.

  • @beshnola and yes happenED, so not now.. just like your other comment : READ what i'm saying before you say something stupid.. i'm talking about that it's ridicilous that it is still happening in the 21st century... i know it has occured in countries like germany too but not like this NOW...

  • @ditisvreemd but it is like this now in many European countries. There's still war and oppression. So let them do their thing Germany didn't change overnight. It's been less than 50 years.Poland either.

  • @beshnola nope ;)

  • @ditisvreemd what is your point??Many countries such as Iraq, Iran, etc. don't have much rights compared to China.

  • @beshnola my point, i was just saying what my opinion was.. that's allowed here ;). and u type in 'western europe' in google.com and check the images... just look :) now let's stop this shit, i don't know why you felt like you had to comment on me in the first place. peace (don't react on this, so will i not)

  • @ditisvreemd lmao.and I have a right to comment on your opinion as well. It's called an opinion, my opinion.I can react however I want to.What are you a communist.

  • @beshnola yup you have an opinion as well and that's ok, that's not why i wanted you to stop reacting ;) i just don't want you to react on me again PLEASE, cuz i get an e-mail of every comment you leave me.. and u judge too fast saying that i'm a communist, WTF. but if you have respect for what i ask of you, please don't react again :) peace

  • @ditisvreemd wtf r u mentally well??or must you always have the last word?I'm not understanding y you don't want me to react??and if you don't want notification emails there's an option to bypass that.simple click of a button.

  • @beshnola ok ur just disrespectful.. why do you still react when i actually use the word PLEASE, you think that's funny :S .. and mentally well, yup;until now i've completed gymnasium, and trilangual education... now again, PLEASE stop reacting if you still have a little bit of respect left...

  • @ditisvreemd haha this is funny. Here's an idea how about YOU stop reacting. You can be respectful and stop reacting.Stop replying okay, now this is getting very immature.

  • On June 4th, 1989 tanks rolled into Tiananmen Square crushing a peaceful pro-democracy demonstration. DONT FORGET TANK MAN

  • You guys believe that those white guys were actually there at ground zero to witness people getting crushed by tanks and shit? I think there's achance that there's some exaggeration going on.

I'm curious who made this documentary. I'm starting to see similarities between our two govm'ts, usa and china. We censor our dissenters too, wikilinks. I'm not denying the crimes that the CPC committed, someday they will get their punishment. But you know, this film right here is also a form of propaganda.

  • Death has ''a sweet smell''? wtf?

    PAY ATTENTION AMERICA!

  • Comment removed

  • So let me get this straight America and Britain and a load of other countrys are supplying weapons to the Libyan rebels but they did nothing to help these guys?

  • @ANTONYTHEBHOY Different kind of rebellion

  • @ThatAdelaideGuy How can you get 2 kinds of rebellion?

  • @ANTONYTHEBHOY Well.. The Libyan Rebels were already armed and in a civil War with Pro Gaddafi forces when the west started giving aid. The Chinese was entirely peacful until the army rolled in

  • @ThatAdelaideGuy Oh i see whatcha mean

  • @ANTONYTHEBHOY At the time it was during the Cold War and we did do something it was Western Photographers who captured the image of TANK MAN.

  • Life is cheap in China.

  • 2:49 looks like the tank man

  • 美国人阿 。。。 西方的新闻阿 太片面了。。。

  • Every government will do the same things at that situation.Go through the history of America or Europe, you can find it.

  • @linjingyushiwo america didn't fight its own citizens with force, unless you count the civil war, but even then the south seceded and thus was a separate country. only once did an amry march into a city, but that was back when washington was the president and even then there was no bloodshed and it was to calm a rebellion, a violent one, not one like the one from the video

  • What's she mean death smells sweet??

  • @Forgineers blood can smell sickly, sweet when theres alot of it around, it puzzled me too but thats what i've been told.

  • The statement they made about the type of ammunition they used is false. It's a simple 7.62x39. The only thing that would cause that "twist" she was talking about is the barrel spin ratio, which is only 1:8. The m16a1 is what made the "assault rifle ammunition" the legend of "ripping" people apart. The barrel twist was 1:16 twist which actually caused the bullet to tumble when it hit the target. With a 1:8 ratio, it's an in and out type hole. The 7.62 wouldn't usually even mushroom.

  • The CCP payed 10 people to dislike this! ;]

  • @RenGader CCCP does not even exist.. wtf are u talkin bout :P?

  • @raido12

Not CCCP as in Soviet Union. CCP as in the Chinese Communist Party.

I guess you've never heard about the 50 Cent Party.

  • fucking china leaders make me angry. how about send him out without a weapon, and let him go one on one with a civilian.

  • Qadafi is doing the same to his own people now. Support the libyan people!!!!

  • I have seen few brave people not this masses of brave people

  • Look at what happened resently at Canada, Toronto. The G6 meeting. No only china use force to their citizens

  • he should have given them 2 seconds.

    ONNNNNE.

    TW.....open FIRE OPEN FIRE.

  • 7:55 Is this implying he was in that crowd??? Interesting...

  • Are the people on this video speaking the truth ? Were they really there ? Man, the Chinese government allowed that man to visit the hospital ? Expect me to believe that. See the video 'Tiananmen Myth'. Hou Dejian was a singer and prominent leader of the movement. He did not esacape to US under any sponsorship. His testinmony is more powerful.

  • @awc321

Hi, I saw your profile - I see you are from Argentina but your all comments are in support of the Chinese regime: written, I may say, in a way to convince people you're a disinterested party merely raising legitimate concerns and seeking the truth . I'm quite interested in setting up a similar account (I think I could be quite good at it) but I first need to know one thing - are the pay and perks any good?

  • @octr I do NOT pretend to be a disinterested party. I never even mention my nationality in my comments becos it is irrelevant. I am not making any comments for monetary rewards; I do not get a single cent. Some one who does that will never post anything serious and long. U try to discredit my moltivation by deliberately assuming that I do comments for money. Don't try this dirty trick. Tha's not the way to prove ur accusation.

  • @awc321 Are you saying then that:1) you do work for the Chinese regime (albeit in an unpaid capacity), 2) that you are Chinese and support the government of that country but don't live there (in which case why not?), 3) you're not Chinese, don't live there but support the government of that country (if so why?), or 4) you do live in China but pretend not to?

  • @octr Yet again, I am amused by the way u draw conclusion from my statement. Ur ar just double talking ur way to the conclusion u want: I work for the Chinese government. How can an activity be called 'work' if it is unpaid in monetary terms ? 'Work for ... unpaid capactity' is an oxymoron. Completely self-contradictory. If u really think that my nationality is relevant, u mind telling me first whether u are really from Belize or may be u ur an American.

  • WOW I'M FUCKING DISGUSTED... I MEAN... SHOOTING AT THE BACKS?! COME ONNNNNNNNNNN

  • chinese people are weird....running back and forth getting shot in the back every time :p

  • 7:09 "One day, they'd be back." No time like the present China..

  • If you believe Tiananmen Square has been overlooked by your town,

simply get yourself a piece of cardboard, write "Tiananmen Square?" on it,

and stand on the side of the busiest road you can think of within your town.

  • Why does violence exist ?

  • @semenic2 Violence is chaos, chaos is destruction, destruction is power, power is control.

  • Something I hate more then Capitalist dictatorships is when Capitalist dictatorship goes under the name of Communism. China is a big example of this. It's disgusting it's disturbing, I myself can't believe that such sub humans can actually do such a thing. I really do hope that the Chinese Capitalist government get's executed by the people on the street. Skinned alive I don't care as long as they are executed.

  • This is why gun rights are so important, and we must protect that right.

  • @t100base If citizens had guns the Chinese military would use heavy tanks, artillery, carpet bomb the city. You would like that to happen? Don't think so.

  • @SMGJohn So why does the government have guns? why did Mao disarm the Chinese? The weapons available to the government should also be available for civilians, understand? If the government protects civilians from terror then who will protect the civilians from the government? Can you please tell me how many people did mao kill?

  • @t100base I don't know how many people Mao has killed because I don't think he counted all the people he shot in the war against the Nationalist Chinese and the Japanese.

Surely guns increases crimes and death. Your sure you feel OK?

Because only stupid idiots gives weapons to people like the Americans and other countries

  • @t100base The theory you defend that people should have weapons to defend themselvs from the grovernment is... well... stupid. The best way to people bring down a government is to protest against it. No need to go shooting all the way. The people elect their governments, and as easily you elect a government, you bring it down (even in places it's people-elected) Have you ever seen a movie called "Ghandi"? If not, GO SEE IT.

The pen/word is more powerful than the sword!

  • @PCanas ghandi was a freemason who was apart of the nwo agenda. In this world we will never have peace, so we must protect ourselves against these vicious criminals. stop being so gullible

  • @t100base so you become a vicious criminal by shooting them? makes you no better then them.

  • one of my teacher back in china when i was in highschool told me that, at that night, the tank crash over those people who still stayed in Tiananmen Suqare, after that are the sprinklers, washed away the blood. Not sure whether that's authentic.

  • I just don't understand. You give a crowd FIVE EFING seconds to turn back. They DO, and you shoot their backs. This is insane, and makes me ashamed of my own history. (Me being Chinese)

  • @AznLolgic

Don't be, it's clear the people are doing their best to get rid of these people. That means they're a minority. So as long as your people remain as passionate and willing to change: You might just be the best country around. You'd never see an American put their life on the line for an injustice, for example.

Your history shows a disarmed people standing against it's own army. It takes a special kind of people to do that. Anyone who fights a war with peace shows amazing courage.

  • @TheFacelessActivist "You'd never see an American put their life on the line for an injustice" what about MLK and his peace marches?? being sent death threats and continuing to do his work ,to say any group of people wouldnt stand up for justice is an ignorant statement

  • @iarepooped

So you're comparing some dumbass redneck with a rifle to an organization devoted to industrialized killing?

The TSA, for example is harassing your citizens as you speak. Are you giving a damn? No, you probably don't even know what I'm taking about.

  • @TheFacelessActivist Im comparing the slight you made about Americans using MLK as one example, to veryfy the ridculousness of your statment and you oviously have bigoted views towards Americans which is cool and all ,but no i personally dont care about the TSA making sure people are safe I agree it is a pain to go through all the checks at the airport but if it means everyone is safe ill wait the extra hour in line. The TSA is irrelevant to your original comment

  • @iarepooped

That's where you're wrong. It breaks the fourth amendment of the constitution, as well as DEA and the PATRIOT act. You're taken in by propaganda. The fact that they don't follow their own constitution shows their complete lack of integrity. Thomas Jefferson said "If one takes away the people's right for the sake of temporary safety: One deserves neither.".

I honestly think America is a great country, but they need more vigilant citizens who willfully petitions the government.

  • @AznLolgic I'm an English guy with Chinese relatives. I remember watching this on TV in '89.

Remember your history and culture with pride, because the shame is only on the corrupt rulers' heads...!!!

  • @AznLolgic Don't be ashamed, its not your fault man, someday soon something will happen to make you prouder than ever to be Chinese

  • @AznLolgic Thats communism for you :) The leader gives the order - Stop the protests. Army stops the protests in the most effective way- kill enough people and the others will run and never think about it again.

  • @AznLolgic still not as bad as american history right or rong

  • @AznLolgic if you are chinese then you should work for your countrymen being able to know past things like this about their goverment. You should also tell them about the tank man. your society can become free.

  • may true freedom come in china. i hope even more people rise, and finally convince china's fucker government to stop opressing them

  • Motherf*****s ;/

  • UNFREAKFCKINGBELIEVEBLE, 1989 i was 1 year old back then, i live in europe (netherlands) and guys lemme say to europe and usa, where spoiled brats, where becoming lazy man, again, where the smartest on this planet, we KNOW the differance between good and evil, do i need to say more?

  • @Kruizlinx Well lets change that then. Nothing can stop a revolution of creative and motivated people again if we choose too.

  • What would happen if i downloaded this went over to China and showed them all

  • @TheKiemaster You would be executed.

  • @TheKiemaster :I am a Chinese living in China, I can guarantee you that nothing would happen to you if you do that unless you show it to the police, more and more Chinese are climbing the great fire wall to watch videos like this, and I am one of them。so just do it!let more people know the truth, make your contribution to the progress of Chinese people's human rights! Thanks!

  • @lanzhe26 well said, there is too much hate

  • @lanzhe26 I respect you man. I respect you and all your accomplishments!

  • @lanzhe26 if we had the stealth blackhawk helicopters we used to kill bin laden back then, we should have used them here.

  • @lanzhe26 We admire your bravery sir =)

  • @lanzhe26

Do u live In United States?

  • @lanzhe26 I congratulate you on climbing the great wall. I am eager to understand how blinded the public is within China. Are many like you or are you one in very few? Please respond as a private message.

  • @lanzhe26 I really respect your bravery. I hope one day you are part of the freedom that I'm sure will come one day.

  • @lanzhe26 How come it says on your profile that you're from the United States?

  • in china there is no trace anymore that this event even happened.

  • @JORDHOLMEN thats how communist military dictatorships like in china and cuba work they teach the future students (Children) that nothing happened and tell them lies so in futur generations the event is forgotten

  • Cowards...

  • even if they try hard so we forget, my dad remembers the only time the communist party was good was when mao zedong fought the civil war

  • Soldiers are stupid, like dogs. They don't think, they just do what they're told. How do they count as people? People have consciences, they don't.

  • @LupuSabre soilders are trained not to think, not to use their conscience because otherwise they wold not be able to kill.

  • @Ryanxclarke For the most part, true; however, there are occasions when a soldier's duty is to disobey... Illegal orders. A soldier obeying an illegal order is criminally liable for doing so.

Case in point: the senior Nazi's gave the excuse of simply following orders. It didn't work.

  • I Cant Imagine What It Would Be Like There.

  • What a truly terrible period in history :(

  • What a bunch of assholes! How the fuck could they shoot, even at the people who run away?

  • chinese goverment are gangster, viva china government

  • @aghahowa11 Eh, You really must have no life. Shame, really.

  • This is going on in america right now.

Wake up people, stop saying this is happening to china when it is happening to you and me as well.

WATCH The Obama Deception here on youtube.

  • Welcome to the World.

  • And those Chinese dictators, they were Pro-gun control. Coincidence? Gun are a tool of freedom.

  • did you see the guy saying cowards cowards to the chinese army great stuff..

  • we need to have WW3 with China & USA!!!

  • @kl9977gmail If that happens were going to see mass migration to Canada...

  • And we continue to buy everything fron comunist China, we are just stupid

  • @arqlinares China is no longer a communist country. They turned to socialism and besides, the U.S depends on China

  • @flyingfuckjunk you can't vote so it's communist

the U.S depends on the factories in china

    the E.U doesn't

  • Politics divide us. We are all people. This guy showed true courage.

  • what happened to all the doctors, workers, soldiers, navy etc that were by the tens of millions in teh beginning of this revolt :(?

  • Communism in name, dictatorship in reality. Don't feed us lies~ !!

  • "do you smell that?" "yea it smells like something sweet" "that is the smell of death" WTF??? psycho?

  • @cewguy yeah. It smells sweet. pretty disgusting, but true.

  • I prefer the other documentary: The Gate of Heavenly Peace. it's from a more insider's point of view rather than views from foreign reporters who probably don't know what is actually going on

  • This makes me feel like the biggest pussy ever.

  • Damu Bloods can run all tho$e fools::

    suu whoop Gang

  • regardless if China had to control its citizens as you can see the army had bullets used for war versus rocks..........

  • @civtecgra You know, there is a reason why people in the middle east get "stoned to death". I know that guns are futile, but rocks are too.

  • I just found out...that China...Do not HAVE YOUTUBE. A student whos living here in Australia whos from China tells me they don't have websites like Youtube and Facebook

  • @studionightbird0 Yeah, instead they have renren (which is a chinese one to one copy of facebook) and youku (which is the chinese version of youtube). They also have QQ, which is a chinese messenger program. And of course there is taobao, which is the chinese eBay. You see, this way, "unwanted" information is kept outside China.

  • @GaolisVideoLog I know all about those programs...My GF was a Chinese resident (born in china and has Chinese blood running threw her). We tent to have regular debates about stuff like this. I can see why they would do stuff like that...but to be honest...to me its really pointless.

  • @studionightbird0 Oh, I forgot. Also, Chinese use baidu. which is their version of google and their internet explorer is normally e360. Which has a built-in censoring program. There is a high censorship in China.

  • @studionightbird0 If you post anything like this on a chinese server it will be removed within the next 24 hours and you will not be able to access all of your e-mail accounts etc.

  • i only see bicycles,not anyone,nor the blood@9:30

  • Human Rights Now !

  • @bonky7

I agree. Why is this comment downrated? I have similar ideas about how things will turn out for America. The current administration is taking measures to disarm citizens and rewrite the second amendment. Search Fall of the Republic here on youtube to see for yourself. What happens when we face martial law and our guns are taken? Times Square = the new Tienanmen Square?

  • no, just no. Your american freedom is overrated.

  • @tdragonxp The government is not going to take our guns.

  • control ought to be earned, or the outcome will be loss

  • China has changed alot since 1989. In hindsight, it was naive of the students to force the hand of the government. China had just started reforming for a 10 years and they students wanted a democratic government of a developed country, yeah right. Just look at the chaos in india to get a good idea of what 1.3 billion people all wanting different things will accomplish....NOTHING! China is a much different place now and will be unrecognizable by 2025. This was a good lesson for both sides.

  • @shinikita

I totally disagree. How can you tell if China today and the one in 2025 are not shaped by Tiananmen? Would had being the same?

    I don't think so.

  • U missunderstood me. The chinese have greatly been affected this episode in their history and both sides I believe have learned from this tragedy. They cannot change this blot in their development and will slowly accept the reality. However by 2025 china will have opened even more with the consequences of bringing in different people who come with diffferent ideas. Give the chinese a chance. Some of their culture might be alien to us westerners but Don't forget, they are ancient...5000years old

  • @shinikita damm,,,,are u fucking kidding...

  • budhanbudhi

I'm not gonna explain myself to someone of your low mental calibre. You have the mental might of a 5 year old. All you ideological fools can only see the here and now and base your judgement on what's in front of you. I see trends and from what I see china is on the right track. From your channel I notice you have a free tibet religious fanatic as a friend which explain alot. It's very simple...food today, freedom tomorrow. Development now for democracy later!

  • if your in china and you can't watch this video. Then I can guarantee it no accident.

Cuz this shows how low they went to gain this so called, Control.

  • @studionightbird0 speaking of which is there a version of this with Chinese subtitles?

  • @rabbitwho Chinese normally do not talk about these things on the internet. And they have a reason for not doing so.

  • @GaolisVideoLog Of course i know that .I've a good reason for asking if there's a Chinese version of this.

  • @rabbitwho Chinese already know. Do not you worry. They all know what had happened. And many university students have documentaries concearning this topic at their homes and purchase books about this on the black market.

  • @studionightbird0 this video is uploaded by a chinease from PRC and if you look at the and if you click teh views and see the audiance, this video is most popular in China but as you can see from 1.6 billion chinease and several hundred chinease with internet, very few saw this vid, 360.000 views at the first part and now less the 60.000 and the last part has 40.000 so they're still some chinease, very few hwo can see thsi video

  • @studionightbird0 if you're in china you couldn't even have access to sites like youtube or facebook

  • what's wrong with that author/journalist Dr. Allman, he speaks like he's telling some creepy ghost story, cut that fucking shit tone of yours yo fucking loser bastard..can't even speak with a proper tone..go fuck a spider. damn irritating...

  • @itcw it really is isnt it i was thinking the exact same thing

  • I visited Tienanmen Square this summer. Neat place, though creepy when you think of what happened there.

  • this part isn't loading on me, am i being censored?

  • Are you Chinese? :D
