  • God, if you read this comment, don't take back Neil too soon, or give us another one... if you didn't break the mold.

  • What type of camera did you film this with? It's excellent!! Thank you!

  • @JuliasGallery It's old but it's a Panasonic DMC TZ7 I think the new one is a TZ20

  • I dont even like this kinda music but this shit is so dope!

  • Great video, great song!!!

One of Canada's (Toronto, Ontario) great singer/songwriters!!!

  • What a great tune maybe Neil Youngs best when this era is history and analysed by your grand children .Maybe

  • Who cares about politics ?? Neil is the best, man ..

    Far Out & Peace ..,

  • I've never been much a fan of the hippy music of the 60's nor of Mr. Young's politics but this song made his career. A compelling blend of lyrics, perfect harmony and very simple but deeply memorable guitar. I am of huge fan of this tune.

  • Love it

  • @ScaredPiglet

Neil Young is one of the greatest songwriters in history, his voice and the music he penned carried a whole generation. He's toured the world for over 40 years and has experienced and seen more things in his lifetime than most people will ever.

A lesson lost amongst your generation is one you will suffer greatly for later on.

  • Scaredpiglet. Maybe you should throw on some beiber or lady gaga then. That's probably more your style.

  • Amazing is all I can say. I'm not a big Neil Young fan, but I do like some of his songs. What I was amazed with is someone had linked me to his live footage from '71. It was just him and his guitar and sounded great. I wanted to hear the song with the rest of the backing instruments and found this one. 40 years later and he STILL sounds almost exactly like he did in the early 70's. His songs transcend time.

  • wow....damn!

  • NEILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • Love you Neil.

  • love this song but the other singers kinda ruin it. rofl @ "what kind of dog is this".

  • 3 People don't have an old man...

  • rollin home to you pop!

  • This brings tears to my eyes every single time I watch it. Just one of his many masterpieces. God I love this!

  • @u2fan33 Wow! As soon as the first note played on this video, I had the same reaction. This song never fails to bring tears to my eyes. This was the first song I ever heard by Neil. I was in Ninth Grade Social Studies class and our Teacher played this. I was blown away. I went home and told my Mom - she went to our den and pulled out a stack of albums and handed them to me. I've been in love ever since. Absolutely Amazing!

  • thx for upload

  • ...and to know what he's been through in his life and has still to deal with. What a great soul!

  • I just loved him from the first time I heard his voice, I guess about

    36 years ago!!!!!!!!

  • Loved this - thank you. Crazy to think that the only great (yt) versions of this songs are nearly 38 years apart.

  • Loved this - thank you.

  • this is so great!!!!

  • the crowd on this concert is singing fucking awesome, its like a great choir.

  • Wooowww...This music make me addict ;-)) Thank you very much for posting!

  • How does he still sound the same as he did 30 years ago ... amazing man and amazing music.

  • Wow! A rare treat! I remember Neil Young playing Old Man when he was young; I was a few years younger. He grew into his song; no wonder I don't expect to see the face looking back at me in the mirror now! Thank you so much for uploading and sharing this.

  • First time to see this geezer. I don't get the attraction. I prefer people to at least be healthy and make music with some melody and happiness to it.

    Thumbs down for Neil Old.

  • j 'adore

  • I've never been to a Neil Young concert.. it's really wild and surreal how everyone sings along. Like at first I thought I'd find it annoying, but it's kinda cool.

  • @downwithdinosaurs It's actually quite annoying but the crowd needs to sing to prop up the old geezer's dying voice.

  • @ScaredPiglet aw cmon! D:

  • one of my favorite songs!!

  • Great old song .

And great vibes going on at his live permormance in Hyde Park last summer. A concert I so much wanted to go to but couldn't afford a ticket at the time ... (damn, and damn again)
