this is a good story to get people in right mind set of boater safety. As petty officer in the U.S. Coast guard I all to often of and experience incidents that could have been avoided if the captain would have been pay ing more attention to boater safety. One thing that could have been mentioned on this story wasn't was a reminder of boating under the influence of alcohol can affect a person on the water worse than a person in a car
