Thats so heavy \m/ I mean they're not like avarage shitty metalcore bands, they kinda mix several styles, Phil uses death growls, the guitarists also play riffs that resemble death metal or black metal and the solo sounds a bit chromatic or just out of the regular scale, but in the end it fits in the song. Perfect!

How can you even compare the two bands?  All four of Disturbed's albums sound exactly the same, and most of their songs are too slow. And they don't scream. ATR is just so full of energy, and you can tell that they put a lot of effort into their songwriting.

I saw them a year ago when they were touring with As I Lay Dying. It was the most epic time of my life. Their set list was the shit cuz they just merged all their songs into one big ass metal song. idk man. Shannon Lucas is rediculously good. His playing is really clean and precise. I've been a fan of Jason since he was in Die Cast. That's where I know him from. Check out Day of Reckoning album by Die Cast if you like Jason Costa & ATR, awesome album. THe only thing I've noticed about Jason is that sometimes when he's doing some of the blazing fast double bass that shannon did on the album he sometimes slows down & speeds up randomly. great drummer tho & I like how he uses traditional grip
