Yeah the big two promotions or big 1 and half promotions in TNA's case has crappy writing we all know this, but as fan you should want this guy to get that showcase regardless, and if WWE or TNA were to waste his talent, then that is their loss.

But see, this is the point. CM Punk may be the champion in WWE, but fuck if it's entertaining to watch (aside from the novelty). He's only CM Punk in name thanks to those wonderful scripted promos and how that entire system works. It's boring, it's all been done before, the system is retarded, and that's why the talented guys on the indys stand out, because they are... exceptional, and that uniqeness is exploited. There's creative freedom there that you'll never find in WWE.
